Pleasant stay , healing stay , good landscape , good environment. If resort can have more activities will be greater.

Love it. Away from hustle and bustle of city. Love the ambiance. Everything is great. Will be back

Location: Good, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby (with a car). Amenities: Nothing much to play but I do enjoy the environment which is pretty cozy. Breakfast: Not worth the price, even though my booking includes 2 free breakfasts but if you wanted to have the breakfast buffet with rm65, you better think twice.. the buffet doesn't have much choices the bread, croissant are hard as bricks(you can use the oven there to re-heat but still hard as bricks), they also had pastas, nasi lemak, soup noodles but they all taste bland.. doesn't feel like a 5 star hotel standard Room: Spacious but dirty, I always checked the room thoroughly the moment I checked in.. I realized that there are a lot of used hair bands on the floor and bed drawers, the cup has lipstick on it, the kettle has stained, and hair drops everywhere... And as I think that nothing else was found when I'm about to take a bath I realize the water is yellowish and it smells like rusted pipes (the water is slow like there's no water pump at all so I just open the tap and go to do other things until the bath tub fills up) Overall: 2/5 Staff were helpful, the rooms were spacious, the location was good BUT the breakfast buffet was mehh, the rooms were dirty, there was nothing much to play only a swimming pool and the soundproofing are bad like so so bad we can literally hear people doing exercises at midnight and the music playing at the lobby.

We went for a couple vacation for valentines celebration. It was really a relaxing resort which worth the price! In love with the view and atmosphere.

No wonder people say this is the best for family. There were many pools and the size is HUGE! The room is also as per mentioned in the website. Not that big, but enough, pretty with bath tub too as we took th upper floor chalet. Gonna come again soon pretty sure!

Everything was perfect. Spacious room, easy access ftom parking lot, pool also perfect for kids. Surely will come again.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff. They made check-in a breeze and ensured that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The environment was absolutely superb, with breathtaking views that made every moment special. I loved how they celebrated Chinese New Year with a variety of festive events – it truly added a cultural touch to my experience. The room was incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be coming back soon!

My kids love the room as our room is kind of spacious with a balcony and the most important thing is the pool! Easy to enter from our room. Buffet breakfast can be improved, I think. Will repeat for a staycation.

The hotel is location is so stratergic, the amenities and facisities is just boo. The food bfast buffet was good too!

Hotel room is clean and very spacious. Check in process can be improve and faster. Parking is easy. Toilet is big and there is two bed in the room. Overall not bad and considered good.

The booking using trip.com was very good. The check in process was efficient and smooth as the front desk staff was a able to retrieved the information quite easily from trip.com.

The stay was great, but checkin took us bout 1hr queuing.. toilet bowl was hard to flush and shower temperature not stable

check in process was lousy. i need to wait for 2 hours and was not being informed if the room was ready until i have to call them myself. otherwise, it was a nice resort with good ambience. food was exceptional
