Room spacious... Booking pool view but they gave me kitchen view. .. Amenities same likes 3 star hotel. . Staff friendly... Pool clean ... Sofa bed need to do weekly or monthly cleaning, too dusty... Overall this hotel Good

The hotel was really good eventhough the furniture a bot old but it still comfortable. The room was really huge. The surrounding was really amazing, even the breakfast also was very superb. Veryy c Recommended for a small families that want a chill and calm vibes.

Clean and calm resort, serenity environment. Room was spacious and the food was great selections.

Overall stay was pleasant, breakfast is excellent with a wide varieties of food, kids enjoyed swimming pool very much, nice scenery to walk around and recommended for families staycation. Only downside is the rude, slow & unprofessional front desk reception, but later the very nice duty manager managed to solve our problem and still we enjoyed our trip well.

Fast counter service however not happy to be greeted by foreign workers. I love to see Malaysian faces with their smiles at the counter at least.

We love it and would love to repeat our family staycation here, maybe to try sembunyi spa and cycling there in leisure time.

Calm environment suitable for relaxed trip especially with families and friends. Helpful services from customer service during registration.

What I like: 1) beautiful hotel landscape 2) quite location 3) affordable price What I don’t like: 1) they want to charge me for using the sofa bed in my room. ( end up they waived it) it doesn’t make sense to me 2) request of extra blanket, they gave me blanket which my grandmother era type. It’s broken n disgusting . Photo attached 3) my pillow has the lizard poo n wee stain. Photo attached. 4) swimming pool is sandy on the pool floor. 5) overall maintenance inside and outside the room is poorly maintenance. 6) with the price paid it consider over price. 7) customer evaluation sheet was pre answered when I enter the room (all ticked excellent) this is cheating. 8) overrated in the review ( customer too kind)

I recently stayed at Cyberview Resort & Spa and overall had a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, which really added to the welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious and nicely designed, offering a relaxing environment. However, we did encounter an issue with the air-conditioning, which was a bit inconvenient. On the bright side, the food options were good with a decent variety to choose from. With some improvements in room maintenance, this resort has great potential for an even better stay.

The hotel room is quite big, but there are lizards in the room.

I will give 9/10 ratings. I love this resort, the service, the location, the cleanliness but 1 point deduct because i dont get what i requested. Its my family first time staying at resort so i request to get room with pool view but its a waste i only get stay with another building is our view.

Love it. Very comfortable & relax stay. I think... I can repeat staying here if I need a short gateaway in KL

Love stay here & will come again.
