Swing & Pillows @ Z Hotel Cyberjaya

Hotel is disappointing to look at.. But the bed is so comfy and clean, and the air air con is cold. Despite the room is not sound proof at all, I had 3 very good night sleeps. Plus it is within walking distance to a nice shopping mall, food all near and two lakes.

Had a short but pleasant stay at Swing & Pillows in Cyberjaya recently. The room was compact but cozy, perfect for a simple rest. Everything was clean, the aircon worked well, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. The hotel is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to D’Pulze Mall, restaurants, and convenience stores. Paid parking are available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great pick if you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly place for a night or two. No frills, no fuss, just a quiet stay and a soft pillow to rest on. 😊

Not easy to find as the map only shown Z hotel instead Pillow & Swing. The room quite spacious. But, The room near to air compressor, noise from that corridor quite loud. Others, facilities okay

Smooth communication with the receptionist (night shift), he knew well about customer service as a frontline. The accomodation provided is very good but one think bothered me is the running water from the water tap is slow. Management should check regarding this matter. Need to improve the cleanliness because on the desk that the hotel provides electric kettle and mug are very dusty. I believed the cleaning team didn't check these area since not all customer will be using it.

Good : The room is clean and decent. The toilet is clean. The receptionist is kind and friendly. The shower is good and has hot water. Decent stay for a budget hotel since I am staying there for a run Bad: Check in n out by 10pm. Any later you can just forget about it. Toilet seat in room 205 gotta get it fixed cause broken, and please dont torture your guest with a broken toilet seat. Room of Improvement and Word of Advice: The basic rule of a review is to not force guests to review your hotel. I do not care if your hotel is budget or bougie. I will sincerely review if only the employee didn't text me at night and pleaded me to review the hotel just because the employer would benchmark it as KPI.

Value for money. Room is clean and cozy. Just nice for a short trip. A lot of nearby restaurants. Parking is very difficult during lunch or peak periods. During evening and night time, it much easier to find parking at flat rate of RM8 per nite.
