Sapphire Hotel Da Nang

I booked this room for one night through Trip.com, but it was completely different from what was shown in the photos. The room was very old, the bed linen was worn out, and the furniture was outdated. The air conditioner barely worked. The shower and toilet were dirty and in very poor condition. There were shoe prints on the shower floor that were clearly there before I arrived, which showed that it had not been cleaned properly. The bed sheets even had old, dried blood stains on them. Overall, the room was dirty, poorly maintained, and did not match the listing. I will upload photos as evidence of the room’s actual condition.

The room was swarming with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. There was also a hedgehog in the elevator and throughout the hotel, as the pool on the first floor was a swamp with living creatures that were already blooming. No one even bothered to drain the water. The hotel was absolutely not worth the money.

All in all I liked the room for its money. It had a nice bed, table, no bugs. There was no shampoo, body wash, so one has to use a regular soap for that, which is not ideal but okay. There was a shower separator though. The wall cover was a bit floated inwards due to humidity, but again it was fine for me. The stuff was friendly as well.

It looks great. Very close to beach. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I got one with window.

Lets start with good, " upgraded room". Sure thanks! After that was a nightmare! Not to mention the condition is horrible. Very bad behaviors (🧳) once you left the property! Extremely uncomfortable! Be prepare if you choose to stay here!

This is the worst hotel we’ve ever visited. As soon as we entered, we were hit by a strong stench of urine and cigarette smoke. We thought it was just in the lobby, but the experience in our room was even worse; although the bed was large, it was visibly dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly. The shower and toilet The electric fan was filthy, the air conditioner wasn't cooling well, and what I hated most was the overpowering smell of urine in the room, even after spraying perfume. We couldn't stand the smell, so we checked out even though we had only been there for three hours.

Really good hotel at a good price, room are nice and the staff also !! I add 4 more nights, pretty nice

For a short stay it was ok. Cleaning was not done on my second day, I just get my refill water and HK left haha. difficult get communication, it’s like they avoiding even not English. Internet was ok My bedsheet was clean at my checkin 👍 Idk if it’s a trick, I had hard time to go back there and use again because on trip.com, the room is cheap but when I want extend the lady said it’s not available must pay their expensive room. Their room offers must be clear. Trip.com should clarify their offer and price because that can be a bad trick to attract customers on fake proposals !
