Wyndham Danang Golden Bay recensioner

This hotel is awesome! I plan our anniversary at this hotel and ask for some decorations. And the hotel heard it and provided what I want, and extra give us a lovely small strawberry cake with some fruits. Really appreciated it very much. Everything is good, cleanliness, environment, high floor with good scenery view, nice bed and pillows. Only small disadvantage is the location is quite far from city (around 4km), but it’s ok because we using grab service which is reasonable fare for us. Definitely will come back and stay at this hotel again!

The hotel was so beautiful and clean.the swimming pool is nice and i love the breakfast buffet.

First time in Vietnam, clean hotel, spacious room, clean room, delicious food and thank you for making us safe in service in the future we will come back here again.

Great location, view of Han river and city. Close to shops and Da Nang’s must visits. Clean room, great breakfast. Sunrise view from my room!

Customer service was good, the room looked exactly as pictured and the bed was comfortable. Loved the gold accents. The resort itself was huge and the spa was my favorite part. The infinity pool provided excellent views, I wish they had a hot tub though since the weather was cold when we visited.

Surrounded by not so pleasant neighbourhood. Place should be cleaned up better by the local council

Location: The view of this hotel is good, but the transport is not convenient with only 2 shuttle bus to centre everyday. It is also impossible for you to ride bicycle to centre due to the long distance. CNY should be the peak period of this hotel, cant understand why the hotel can not provide more buses.. And motorbike rental is also not available nearby. Service: The staff sent our luggage till the 3rd call to the receiption, and we waited more one hour for our luggage and also have to change our plan that day. Although the manager come up to our room to apology and also compensate us one plate of fruit in the evening, however, the dragon fruit is not fresh, you can smell the sourness from the dragon fruit. Dining: Understand that there are many tourists come from Korea, but I am visiting Vietnam, not Jeju island, you can see Korean wordings anywher in this hotel, even you can see kimchi & Seaweed soup for your breakfast. And they are aslo quite noisy in the rooftop swimming pool & restaurant,you can't even hear your companions. The hotel also did not remind these tourist to lower down. Facility: A bit old, You can see that the washbasin is rusty. And the aircon is also noisy. Definitely wont recommend this hotel to my friends.

Room was clean. I was booked a room with balcony and the views was amazing.

The staffs at Danang Golden Bay Hotel are my best staffs so far. Whenever I would ask anything they would always find the answer and reply with a smile. If you ask me where to stay when in Danang with no hesitation I will say go to Golden Bay. I will miss all the staffs here.

I have a splendid stay at Whyndham Danang Golden Hotel from 26/12/23-30/12/23. The place was superbly clean and service staff was very attentive and caters to all our request eventhough languange was quite challenging. The view from my my room was magnificient. We truly enjoyed our stay there. Special thanks to Ms Thinh, who fetch us from the airport and also for her help for retrieving my nephew's medication from our room after we check out. We only realised the medication is missing when we reach the airport. She arranged to transport me back to the hotel and back again to airport. Thank you very very much. We truly appreciate your kind help and understanding. Kudos to you and the other staff too..

Not that good. The facilities is normal and should not considered as 5-star.
