Breakfast was good and the hotel is in a lovely location.They could improve making sure there are less bugs inside the villa, making sure the power sockets can keep a plug in, and heating the pool temperature (private and public) to not be ice-age levels of cold

Highly recommended!!! Whole resort is awesome Wonderful service We have a personal assistant “Lisa” during stay. She help us a lot especially we order food delivery very often. She help us deliver to our villa. Also help us book everything what I needed She is amazing.

Really good place for relaxation. The house is great and the pool a true bonus. Breakfast can be a bit busy but if you plan correctly not an issue. I would definitely go back to

Service is nice. Breakfast has multiple choices with good taste. Main swimming pool with lounge provides wonderful relaxing experience. Room is big and the bed is comfortable.

On this trip to Vietnam, we chose Premier Village DaNang resort for our five-day-four-night stay. This resort is very large and clean. The vacation villa I selected has two floors with a private pool and direct access to the beach, so in the morning, I can go straight to the beach to watch the sunrise, which is very convenient. The staff here are also very enthusiastic, helpful, and can communicate in English without any problems. They are also very enthusiastic about introducing local cuisine to us. Because the place is so big, we have to use a Buggy car every time we go in and out. Their attentiveness and politeness are very heartwarming! I'm really happy that we chose this resort this time, and if I have the chance, I will come again. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful journey. Awesome!!

This is the best resort with all amenities just they need to add on some body lotion and nail cutter , scissor rest everything was so perfect , would love to come again .

Great location however the Spa disappointed us. We're a party of 5 and we booked for 90mins massage a day before. When we arrived, we were told to share rooms and can only accommodate an hr.

I only can say the restaurant serves the best meal we had in Da Nang........... Book their villa to celebrate our anniversary with high expectation paying a premium for my villa. - The villas are built like terrace house side by side , but with beautiful greens surrounding it . Take note , alot of steps and stairs to climb, not suitable for those who need helps. - place us to a villa beside a big family more than 10s where they had great fun with children with non-stop shouting and screaming. - eventually requested to change a villa as it is intolerable to me after a few hours...... Went ahead to book for a spa and requested the porter to place the keys for the new villas at the spa's reception. Spa experience - the receptionist went extra miles and very best to explain to us in english, Kudos to the team for your patient. - for a resort this scale, the size, facilities was disappointing to me. ( SMALL). @ New Villas Apparently, the new room was not checked or clean before moving us over... - floor and pool was sticky - pool light were spoilt - arrange their technician come but unable to fix the problem. - placed a temp spot light to shine the pools. Shortly after, the internet went kapoo. and we are unable to watch television. - Technician came , unable to resolve - Another lady came, unable to resolve unable to go out for dinner due to all the waiting order room service instead. No time to relax, swim or even have a walk at beach for our last night. So.... the whole night was full of visitors pressing door bells, opening doors, answering questions. hahahahaha! Though the staffs were very apologetic and even offered me a free transport to the airport next day, it was heartfelt and thank you for attending to me. However, the whole experience adding up was disappointing and overrated from the review i had read.
