Utmärkt läge med stranden tvärs över gatan, fin utsikt över poolen på 20:e våningen, ganska genomsnittlig hotellfrukost, det är billigare än de flesta andra hotell längs samma kvarter.

The location is good. Facing the beach and the happening beach bar, Maia bar. Food and massages are everywhere within walking distance. My only thoughts are that the hotel is not really beach facing if you select the sea face room..is only partial. Corridor can get a bit noisy if other guests come back late and interior looks old bcos of the finishing. There is no body lotion provided. Breakfast is excellent

Great location, the My Khe beach is just across the street. The hotel is cozy, with good breakfast variety and the food is tasty. The rooms are clean and the decorations are stylish. We were so lucky to have met Lily, the General Manager, who is very helpful and friendly. She offered feasible solutions to help us. The infinity pool on the roof top is definitely an attraction of the hotel. I will come back again.

There was annoying mosquitos in my room but house keeping was efficient in spraying insecticide. My walls are super thin, I can hear every single word from both neighbouring rooms, took a message video to send the manager WhatsApp and they offered to change rooms immediately. It was a bigger room with no view but living room, however, furniture smelled stained with cigarettes. I hope they fined the previous occupant for the cigarette smell because it's in the fabric quite deep. I didn't take the change of room so continued in same room and the last 2 nights wasn't so bad. Breakfast was really nice and large seating space. Mostly Korean tourists. Would not recommend the spa in hotel cause they 'can't' do a little head massage for full body massage, I was having a headache. Moreover, after 40% off, still much more expensive than nicer spa that's near the hotel.

Excellent location.nextvto beach, 5 min walk to convenient stores, food, pubs, cafes, restaurants, laundry, shops, motorbike rentals, street vendors, money changer. Balcony at higher floor (level 16) has wonderful view of Danang beach north and south. Nice big room, clean, firm mattress. Shower room a little small and visible of cracks, moulds. Breakfast was very Asian Vietnamese taste. Most guests were Asians, very ery few Europeans. Tea was siper weak and not hot. Excellent customer service with a smile 4 lifts, and they are fast. Little wait time. Pool at level 20 is partially under a roof so not much sun during most of the day.

Amazing ocean view room. Most importantly the room is very clean and well maintained. The hotel attends to little detail to make guests feel special e.g.. even the towels smell aromatically beautiful . We are so impressed! We love our stay at Balcona. Staff is super lovely. We feel so welcome throughout our stay. A pity that we could not extend our stay but we will definitely be back! Special thanks to the housekeepers who clean our room every day, Rose from Front Desk. and Ken, the Concierge, who looked after us. Showing us around and helped us with our luggage.

The manager wasn't that helpful, needed to change my booking and he refused. They didn't help and they made it a difficult. The day I stayed it was cloudy and we went to the kids area and it's old. The swimming pool was cold. Even though it faces the sea, I recommend you look gor another place to stay.

Overall the hotel is pleasant. With good view for the rooms facing the sea. And the beach is just across the street. There are some options for food near by. The staff overall is friendly.

The hotel is old and the rooms are OK, big and spacious but need to renovate. The breakfast was good, a good selection of Western and Vietnamese dishes. Need a lot of improvement

All staffs are friendly, helpful and attentive. Had great stay there. Hotel is neae to beach. Their pool is nice.

Everything was good but the hair dryer, it will take a whole day to dry the hair 😂
