Novotel Danang Premier HAN River recensioner

The room looks exactly the same as the page showed. Great service and gym facilities (the equipment and workout gear are much more than I thought and spacious space which is a plus). We enjoyed so much! One point to note is there is no much convenient stores or restaurants around.

Good location at Han river side and more than one kilometer to walk to the old part of the city. If people prefers a bit quiet this is a good choice otherwise Hilton and Marriot are more closer to the old town. Everything is fine, only the elevator capacity is a bit tight during the high peak breakfast time and the hotel are full of Koreans.

We recently stayed at Nova Hotel in one of their apartment studios. It’s important to note that the apartment studios are different from regular hotel rooms, and it seems they are designed for longer stays as well. However, this setup requires using a separate elevator to access areas like the breakfast room, which I believe should be clearly mentioned during the booking process. The studio itself felt a bit small and unfortunately did not seem as clean as we had hoped. On the positive side, the balcony view was lovely, overlooking the Han River. At night, the view creates a sophisticated and serene atmosphere, which we appreciated. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations and didn’t provide a “wow” factor. While it wasn’t a terrible experience, it left me slightly underwhelmed. For these reasons, I would rate it 3 out of 5.

Our family had an amazing stay at Novotel Danang Premier Han River. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning river view. The hotel’s central location made sightseeing easy. Most importantly, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend this hotel for families looking for comfort, convenience, and great service. We’ll definitely return on our next trip to Danang!

Overall the two bedroom us great, hotel is great, high occupancy, we unable get extra door access card , so need plan go out together, because the lift in out need access card. Our unit have bacony, its great view & relax with high floor

it's nice lobby design huge reasonable price with nice view on river but that time breakfast was crowded and i face difficultyto know how many elevatir they have some of them its look like locked but its recomnended

This hotel have a good view, can see through all the high buildings and boats. There is also have a delicious food in the hotel.

I have stayed at this Novotel 3 times. Each time I am 100% happy with it.  In addition to location, cleanness, breakfast, …, I want to say that their staff is most friendly. They just appreciate your stay and do their best to make your stay pleasant. Mr. Brian of the Front Desk is an example. You easily get the warmth and welcoming feeling from the minute you step into the lobby.  The facilities in the apartment are also amazing, way beyond my expectations.

Best of all, breakfast was included. It was very tasty and a good start to the day for the duration of the trip.

The Novotel in Da Nang was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel is modern, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views of the city and the Han River. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

great hotel very good location. It’s such a good spot to visit everything. Top notch. Lots of support from the hotel staff. Everybody working hard and the place was amazing. Overall food was excellent. The sky bar was excellent. The staff was excellent Linh, Krystal, Giang & Dat were very helpful. The only thing that was poor quality was the Internet and that affected my remote working and that’s not good.

2nd time repeat stay in this particular hotel. Review remains similar as before: My family & I personally is happy & extremely satisfied with Novotel. All the service staff are friendly, helpful & full of smiles which can make anybody to feel so welcome to Da Nanang. Location is convenient & room unit is very clean with fantastic view towards Han River & nearby ocean (stayed in 21st floor). Plus points for just a walking distance (approx. 5 min) towards Han river cruise booths & (approx. 15 min) popular Han market. Breakfast buffet is good & tasty, with both local + international & few selections of Korean food available. A recommended hotel to stay if chosen to stay in downtown instead of beach resorts. Two thumbs up for a pleasant & enjoyable stay in Novotel which made my family vacation experience a meaningful & satisfying one. Mini markets are available at walking distance (10 min. away) located below Hilton Da Nanang. Nearest Starbucks coffee outlet location is below Hilton Da Nang, for those coffee junkies hunting for a perfect cup of coffee to kick-off the day. A nice 5 star rating hotel, worthed the price paid. An additional note: Grabcar appears to be a very convenient way to move around & explore the city (not so costly too). Madame Lan restaurant nearby comes highly recommended as well for nice & tasty local Vietnamese cuisine.

Pros: The location has nice views but you will need to take a grab to the beach area (10 mins away). The room has a balcony with seating. Toiletries, safe, tea, coffee provided. Bottled water provided. Free use of the business centre. No construction nearby Cons: There is only one plug socket on one side of the bed. The design of the light switches are just awful, I really don't understand who designs the layout of switches. Totally unnecessary, confusing and impractical. Mini bar not restocked after drinking juice. You can hear people in the next room so if you are sensitive to noise, ask to be put in a room away from families / large groups.

Everything is good except the TV is mot smart TV yet, hopefully they will upgrade soon.. otherwise all is good thumbs up! 😊
