Four Points by Sheraton Danang recensioner

Blev ganska besviken över erfarenheten vid incheckningen och attityden hos personalen - Ms VY. Har aldrig varit med om ett så ovänligt och likgiltigt välkomnande på en "högst rankad" fastighet. Hade bokat 2 rum x 2 nätter för vår familj på 2 vuxna, 1 tonåring & 1 barn. Men inga anslutande rum tilldelades. Hotellet kunde se från bokningen att det är en familj med barn och därför skulle behöva anslutande rum. Om de inte är tillgängliga för bokade datum, anstränger sig i allmänhet topphotellen för att be om ursäkt/justera/uppgradera eller tillhandahålla något annat gratis men det var en väldigt kall upplevelse. Hotellet ligger intill stranden men inte ett aktivt område utan marknad/butiker/aktiviteter i närheten.

The Four Points standard is maintained. This hotel is situated at a quieter part of the beach. Though it is beach front, but there are no beach amenities from the hotel. It is a city hotel situated next to the sea. The room is clean with a balcony. With the windows closed, you can still hear the occasional car honk from the street below. The buffet breakfast is average with everything you need.

Great hotel with lovely views of the ocean. Staff is helpful and friendly and speaks good English. The rooms and bath were spacious and luxurious. Breakfast was superb with one of the best spreads, with many kinds of food for you to choose from the different stations. The pool & gym is great for a workout and and the rooftop bar is a great place for you to chill and relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice mattress and good welcoming from the staff. It’s a little overrated compared to nearby facilities.

Everything is perfect. Only thing that needed to be adjusted is the venue for breakfast, you might need to wait to be seated during peak hours. Hotel has the note in the room about this as well

The service was superb in the hotel, providing excellent service & recommendation to all our enquiries. The Duty manager "Nhan" is so helpful and keep checking our safety throughout the tour & stay. Thumbs up to Four Points Sheraton staffs.

The service was great. Feel very comfortable staying there. Room clean, provide bath salt for the soaking in bath tub..

Superb hotel. Best service. Granted early check in and great beeakfast. Walki g distance to yhe beach.

The hotel is immaculately clean and boasts a beautiful view. However, it is situated a bit far from the beach, making it a bit of a hike to get there on foot.

Great stay! Very comfy very relaxing to be in.. I would recommend to all my friends and family

The lifts too slow and sometimes have to wait 10min + but overall experience was good.

Hotel rates are reasonable beautiful seaside view easy to find transportation grab taxi is readily available

The room is comfortable and very nice view. Location is not in the main town area which is nice because less noise from the road. They also have free popcorn and ice cream for bonvoy members but they forget to gave us the welcome drink which is ok we didn’t complain. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It exceeds the expectations as the front desk / reservation team do take note of the specific requirement. There are rooms for improvement for breakfast selection.
