Hotellet var mycket gammalt, vi begärde 2 kort på grund av att vi är gruppresor, men receptionen ber oss att hålla kortet inne i rummet och när vi kommer tillbaka kommer de att öppna dörren för oss, men när vi återvände till hotellet tog de redan ut vår kort utan att fråga oss! Och luftkonditioneringen fungerar inte alls! Jävligt varmt! På natten 03:00+- toalettdörren och garderobsdörren öppnas plötsligt och stänger sig själv 😨

Jag älskar hur detta hotell ligger supernära stranden. Det var vad jag behövde eftersom det var nära linh-pagoden, marmorbergen och inte ens så långt till Hai Van-passet. De motorcyklar för uthyrning också som rekommenderas mycket. Det enda jag inte gillade var att poolen stänger klockan 18.00 🤪 Jag stannade utanför eftersom jag ville se platsen med alla lampor tända men jag fick höra att de stänger poolen klockan 6 det var därför jag gav bekvämligheter 4/5 men Sammantaget är detta ett mycket trevligt hotell! Även om jag trodde att jag skulle få ett rum med havsutsikt, men det visade sig att mitt rum inte ens hade fönster.

BOKA INTE!!! Dumt hotell med dum rövpersonal. Ingen bell man, ingen rumsservice. De har absolut ingenting att ge gästerna, inte ens ett strykjärn. De har hotellet bara för att visa och berätta. BOKA INTE om du verkligen behöver det. Det finns BÄTTRE alternativ i närheten. Stranden är omgiven av många hotell. BOKA INTE. BOKA INTE!!

The place is really worth the price. We stayed for 6 nights and stayed in their family room. The view of the sunset from the room is just amazing. They also have a pool at the top of the hotel with a really nice sea and city view. They clean the room everyday so you won’t worry about your trash daily. They also have good laundry service. All my light colored clothes were so bright after laundry. Although they could improve their breakfast buffet by providing variety of dish every day, their breakfast is still good enough. The hotel is also part of the pick up point for tours so you don’t have to worry about getting a tour to Ba Na Hills. Lastly, despite the visibly old facilities, they provide good service and the staffs are friendly. One last thing, you should also try the coffee stall located in front of the mart beside the hotel. It’s really good and the stall lady is so kind ^^ We had a good time with our first travel abroad and staying in this hotel is definitely worth it.

I made a reservation for a partial sea-view family room for five nights following my wife's eight-night stay. We were downgraded to a room without a view, despite my booking confirmation clearly indicating a partial sea view. The hotel claimed no such rooms were available. Furthermore, for a significant portion of our stay, we lacked hot water for showers, a fact confirmed by the reception staff. I contacted Trip.com to report this unfair treatment and apparent misrepresentation. Only after this intervention were we provided with the correct room and hot water service. I do not recommend this hotel. I saw their concierge help all guests of other races but refused to help me with my 6 pieces of large luggage. This hotel has treated us differently because of our race, and furthermore, the lack of proper ventilation, closed windows, and crowded breakfast room created a significant health risk, posing a potential medical emergency. Consequently, we avoided breakfast following my illness after my third visit. I paid for a different hotel and will be staying there moving forward.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was acceptable. One of the property’s best features was its beachfront location, which made it easy for us to enjoy a day at the beach.

This is a budget-friendly hotel right on the beach. The bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. The rooftop pool is cool and has a nice view, which is a plus. However, there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom drains that was quite off-putting. On the positive side, the bedding, linens, and towels were clean. Overall, it’s a decent option if you’re on a budget for a short stay and want a great view.

Location is amazing as in facing the sea. . ten steps and ur on the seashore already. Some.people are playing.volleyball in the morning. Pool upstairs is great too. Price is thr cheapest in the area. Dont expect a five star room tho. Decent and always fully booked. Staff Ms.Minh is pretty and helpful. Will come back in future.

It's quite a decent hotel for several days. It has a very nice swimming pool on the top. Sometimes, it seemed, like prepaid breakfast the same every day with minor changes. But it's quite convenient if you have a lot of things to do and don't have much time to find a place for breakfast.

Avoid at all costs. Nothing like the photos. We booked a 8 night stay and stayed one night. The room was black mold infested. We asked to change rooms and the receptionist was lovely however the room was just as bad if not worse. The manager did not offer any kind of refund. The breakfast was also terrible.
