Den här gången bodde vi i Da Nang, en natt längs stranden och två nätter i staden, och detta var första natten. Frukosten har en mängd olika Sammantaget tyckte jag att det var en bra affär med tanke på priset.

Vänlig och bra service attityd. Frukosten har ett brett utbud och smakar bra. Rummen är mindre än på liknande hotell. Båda poolerna är lite för små. Den så kallade stora sängen är två små sängar kombinerade, med en fördjupning i mitten.

Personalen var mycket vänlig och rummen var rena. I synnerhet var Tiffany den mest vänliga och uppmärksamma! Frukosten var utsökt och god.

Poolen var trevlig. Det finns två pooler, en på taket och en på tredje våningen. Poolen på taket var fullsatt under dagen så vi kopplade av i poolen på tredje våningen, och på natten var takpoolen tom så vi kunde njuta av den vackert upplysta poolen och nattvyn över Da Nang. Läget är bekvämt, nära centrum och stranden. Det var molnigt den dagen och vi kunde inte se soluppgången, men jag tror att man kan se det från hotellet. Frukostbuffén hade så många olika rätter att det nästan var för mycket att hantera. Incheckningen är tänkt att börja från 14:00, men vi fick vänta till runt 14:40. Jag hoppas att de kan förbättra det.

Jag stannade på 12:e våningen i två dagar och jag kunde höra ett ljud som att något borrades var 1-2 minut hela dagen, oavsett om det var gryning, morgon eller kväll. Jag trodde jag höll på att bli galen... Först trodde jag att det var underhållsarbete, men efter att ha hört det oavbrutet i två dagar bestämde jag mig för att det var ett mekaniskt ljud som kom från någon utrustning på hotellet. (Av det svaga vattentrycket att döma kan det ha att göra med utrustningen där...) Jag tror inte att den här ljudnivån kan höras bara på 12:e våningen. Så småningom bestämde vi oss för att flytta till ett annat närliggande hotell. Det är lite absurt att driva hotell i den här typen av miljö. När de städade rummet städade de bara sängen utan att byta lakan. Mike Beach ligger nära, och den omgivande miljön är bekväm (snabbköp, restauranger, barer, massagebutiker, apotek, etc.), men slutsatsen är "läget är bra, men bara läget är bra." Frukosten var ganska bra. Vi har kålkimchi & gurkimchi.

We stayed for 7 nights & had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean & very quiet. The 2 pools were both clean & refreshing & the gym was well equipped. The staff were amazing with special mentions to the restaurant supervisor Tanh Tanh who taught us some Vietnamese language, reception manager Vivian who helped us change rooms when one wasn’t suitable & Ni Hung & Tina who were lovely. We had breakfast included but only ate there once as we don’t normally eat breakfast, there was a great selection. The hotel is in a great location surrounded by restaurants, massages, bars & mini marts & only a 2 minute walk to the beach with more bars & restaurants there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at Cicilia Hotels & Spa in Da Nang, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is just a short walk from My Khe Beach and it’s also near many restaurants and cafes. The room was spacious, well-maintained and there was a nice sea view. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet included had a decent spread of local and international options, though it can get repetitive if you stay for many days. As the room is facing the street, it can be a bit noisy at night due to traffic. The internet connection was sometimes unstable, but no issues as we had local data roaming. During peak hours, the breakfast area can get quite busy, and seating and food may be limited. Would highly recommend staying at Cicilia Hotels & Spa and will stay here again when visiting Da Nang in the future!

Receptionist were helpful & friendly. Coffee house hostess (Tina), was sweet & friendly. Housekeeping needs minor improvement. No one turn up to check on the room door despite complaints. Overall, the service was good & the staff were friendly & helpful.

Vivian is so helpful. We are so happy and lucky to choose Cicilia Hotel. The room very clean, the very special is the breakfast menu which have so many variant and mostly has a great taste and flavor! Absolutely wonderful to stay 2 nights here
