We stayed 2 night here at Hotel de Paris with spectacular view of French village. The hotel also decorated our room with honeymoon theme and gave us a honeymoon cake. The weather is nice and so far we enjoy staying at this hotel.

The hotel is very beautiful, offers excellent amenities, and has a great location in the city of Banahill.

The hotel is located at the foot of Bana Hill, and hotel guests need to pay for the cable car to go up to the hotel, which is around S$35 per ticket round trip. The ride takes around 20 minutes. The scenery is quite nice. However, the single wire cable car will sway with the wind, which is a bit scary. The lobby is not very visible and took us a while to locate it. There are different blocks, but the concierge will help to cary your luggage to the assigned block. Some of the restaurants closed at 5 pm so we chose to have dinner at the hotel. It was so crowded with local n foreign tour groups. There will always be people cutting queues, so do plan to go early. Breakfast spread is very good but also crowded.

Everything you need—restaurants, a market, the theme park, and attractions—is within walking distance, making it very convenient for visitors. The hotel’s interior design is simple, so don’t expect a very modern or luxurious room. It fits the theme of the French Village but may feel a bit dated for those who prefer contemporary decor. However, the biggest downside is the front desk service. When we arrived to check in, there was a large crowd, but no clear signage or staff directing guests where to queue. I initially lined up in the wrong place and only realized after 10 minutes that I had to start over in the correct queue. Despite peak hours, only two counters were open, which resulted in a long wait of around 20-30 minutes. If there’s a large family ahead of you, expect to wait even longer. Another inconvenience is that guests have to carry their luggage up the hill to the hotel. Since I was traveling with my 5-year-old, I was lucky to have just one suitcase, but for families with more bags, this could be quite a hassle. Overall, while the location is unbeatable and convenient for exploring Ba Na Hills, the check-in process and front desk service could be much better managed.

We found chewing gum on the bunk bed.The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout the stay. However, some guests have noted that due to the high volume of visitors, check-in and check-out can be slow during peak times.

Good experience. I want to go back again to get outdoors experience because that was the mist and light rain when we reach.

resort hotel inside Sun World amusement park, have to take cable car at the foot of mountain to hotel front desk, concierge will take care of you, no worry. Room is not so spacious but acceptable, we were arranged to stay at Hotel de Paris, the building closest to cable car station, breakfast with great assortment, this is the only hotel in the amusement park and you have no choice.

Spent a lovely weekend at Ba Na Hills in Da Nang with my family in time for the vibrant flower festival and coincidentally on International Women’s Day.

The room is very basic, do not expect a fancy room. There is no aircon, only a ceiling fan. We have to open the windows so the room feels cooler. Check in process is confusing.

Great experience, its on a mountain above cloud level. A cable car takes you to the top, where the hotel is in the middle of an amusement park. So much to see and do. The hotel itself had great service, breakfast had everything and there was a nightly buffet. There were other restaurants and a beer hall.

Spacious, stylish, and comfortable with a king-sized bed, modern amenities, and a balcony offering stunning mountain views. Located inside Sun World Ba Na Hills, it's perfect for exploring attractions like the Golden Bridge. The room is a peaceful retreat despite the crowds. Great choice for a unique stay!
