I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the wonderful experience my wife, son and I had during the recent summer 8 day stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome and professionalism of your staff. Every interaction, whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, was marked by kindness and a genuine desire to ensure our comfort. The accommodations were comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail in making our stay enjoyable. The proximity to the beach located directly across the road, created an even more memorable stay. Thank You for a Wonderful Stay and your outstanding hospitality. Very strategic location with in front of the beach and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. The staff are really helpful and friendly. The breakfast is really good and plenty of food from vegetarian to meat lovers. Soundproof is top notch too. The view from the sunrise is everything you need for healing.

Perfect location. Really kind and friendly staff with great English ability. Huyen, Hien and Quoc at reception were really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

The Serene hotel is good 4 stars hotel at very nice location with beach front. Room is clean, hospitality staffs. It's better if the spa would be re-opened.
