Location is great, but hot water is not up to standard, I was given a room in which you have to wait 10 minutes after first person had a shower for hot water to become hot again, my sister got stuck in the reception toilet for them not having a key to unlock from the outside, what if someone had a heart attack? This is totally unacceptable, I would not stay here next time

Overall a nice hotel to stay in. Good breakfast spread with nice view. Shower experience is good.

The overall experience was good. The front desk staff was helpful. The hotel location is excellent. The buffet breakfast was good but limited options forr veg.

Great location with great view of the beach. Buffet breakfast was not bad. What would have been even better if the hotel gym had more proper equipment.

地點非常優越。過一條馬路就到於美溪沙灘。樓下就有間按摩店，雖然不是最平，但係非常方便。另外都有一間海鮮店。 員工服務態度非常好，每一位都笑容滿面。知道我生日，還特別為我送上生日蛋糕。非常貼心。 酒店裝修應該已有一段日子，但係非常整潔乾淨。我住的是海景房，還有一個大廳及長沙發，在哪裏休息在哪裏休息？也非常舒適。 酒店早餐非常豐富美味。還額外送酒店額外送上afternoon tea。雖然味道一般，但係可以在餐廳過一個悠然的下午也不錯。

為了可以方便看日出訂了這家酒店，酒店設施還可以，服務很好，早餐種類能接受，陽台房景色無敵，中間去了一趟會安回來還是住這家，無償幫我升級了套房，美滋滋，終於在最後一天看到美美的日出了！
