Star City Riverside Hotel by Haviland recensioner

I had an experience of staying in this hotel for 10 days, and actually I really enjoyed! It almost became my home for this period. To be honest I would like to share pluses and minuses. For the first I liked that girls who work at the hotel reception are speaking English very good! Even women who clean the rooms also speak English a bit and you don't need to use translater. I also liked the quality of furniture and bed sheets and the atmosphere in hotel. The people who work there are very friendly. For the minuses: I checked few rooms before I chose the right one. I don't recommend you to choose the room with river view because you always will here the sound of the road. And some rooms actually have some dirty areas on the walls, so don't be afraid to ask to change the room if you see it, there some rooms that are clean. And better to choose the room with city view or mountain View. One more small minus - sometimes cleaning staff bring fresh towels but with dark spots, that are not able to be totally cleaned in washing machine so also better to check and ask to change if you see this. And on the mountain view side of the hotel there is also a new building construction in nearest house in the process right now, so sometimes you can here the sound of making some building work. For other things I really liked the hotel, I enjoyed the bath there, normally working hot water and of course amazing view while was staying there. Actually I really can recommend to stay in this hotel because it also have good price for this quality, but just check few rooms to choose the best one

Recommended by friends so I tried staying here unexpectedly with the idea of coming back here next holiday

Beautiful hotel! I can see Han River from my river view room.. The girls at the reception are friendly and helpful.. Price was good when I was staying too!

Budget friendly hotel, walkable distance to the beach, friendly staff. Really thin walls, so keep this in mind if you struggle with falling asleep

Everything is good. Check in time was late about 30 minutes . Staff are really helpful.

The hotel need to be updated, the terras upstairs is on renovation so it was not avaible for customers. At new years night. Chairs in the room where broken. Bedsheets not realy clean. Staff is friendly.

Location was ok, by the riverside. About 1km+ from the dragon bridge. The room size was ok. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is clean and compact. I thought it was far from the city but it was very close, only 3 minutes by motorbike from Han River Bridge, near Thuan Phuoc Bridge so it was also chill in the afternoon.

Location, with tremendous river view, at night it looks beautiful. The room is very large and the bathroom is great, the bathtub is perfect! Staff friendly, responsive quickly.

The hotel has a beautiful, airy space, friendly staff and good service, enthusiastic advice, the receptionist's voice is very sweet, next time I go on a business trip I will come back to the hotel to rest.

booked room with twin bed but got king bed and seem hotel didn't recognise that but said that we havent book or req for twin. after showing them confirmation, they seems accepted the fault and give us extra room as non of twin available . Next day at check out time, there are many guest waiting for service but there is no reception for half an hour or more, not even one to help.

Amazing experience. This property exceeded our expectations. Great value for its price. Stunning view, friendly staff, and a mall nearby. We were so surprised that we extended our stay and canceled other hotel reservations we had for our time in Da Nang.
