Nice hotel with good location. Just a bit desapoinget with the bed, as we booked a king size bed room but when we saw it was two single beds assembled together of course it’s was not comfortable. Another bed thing it’s the room was not quite as we can heard a lot of noise from the other room next to ours, the kids from that room was screaming until late giving us a nightmare experience in the last day. Besides of those things, the hotel breakfast is good with many options, staff are nice and very helpful and the hotel location is surrounding by many restaurants and coffee shops, many options, and just 10 min walk to the beach.

Risemount Premier, left my heart at this place and defo a place I called home when in Da Nang. stayed there for too many nights and will stay many more nights when I go back to DN. From the first day I checked in, the lobby and resort is just GRAND and BEAUTIFUL. huge lobby with carefully chosen design and immediately I can feel the warm service feeling and incredible stay. there are too many things I LOVE about this place and I will break it down carefully. ROOM; stayed in 4 different rooms from their elite deluxe, junior king, and their Santorini suite. and my favorite defo the one by the pool area, the room was huge and smelled so good, bed, OH MY GOD! one of the comfiest beds Ive ever slept in. I had such good naps and night sleep. The temperature was very comfortable and the fan was a plus during hot days. amenities were sufficient from toiletries to fridge, tea, and coffee, and the supplies were always replenished daily. POOL; AMAZING! Another best part about this resort is the pool is huge and comfortable water temp. my morning laps and afternoon dips are just LOVELY! MEALS; The morning breakfast was a spread of goodness options and selections from Western (bread, butter, bacon, eggs, and pastry) to Asian and Vietnamese locals. I've tried everything and it was oh-so delicious. the Saigon coffee was defo a slap! * the elixir bar by the pool also serves nice cocktails, ice-cold beers, and lunch/dinner service (yes! i spent too much time in the resort and doesn't really go out haha) SERVICE: Risemount premier team, let me do a shout-out and the deepest gratitude from my heart for all the great things you've done for me during my stay. I was terribly ill during my first week but I was well taken care of, and you guys too celebrated my birthday on this trip, it was so special and heartwarming. Miss Lieu (i miss you and thank you for you) the F&B manager and his team, the room division team (FO, concierge, HK, SEC) basically everyone was just incredible. you are all the faces of the great service hospitality industry. service was warm, kind, polite, and just *chef's kiss. thank you, thank you, thank you. If I may give a little feedback it would be that the drinking water supply daily in the room was not enough for the all-year warm weather in Vietnam. I have always needed to ask more and it is okay to charge for the extra price but there were 2 times I requested more water; the answer from the receptionist repeatedly was that the water bottle gaven only 2 bottles a day (it was tiny bottle) and if we would like more that it is not free and sadly my request by phone was not met, waited for half an hour and had to walk to the lobby to personally asked about more water and yes you can charge me for it, Another hiccup would be that the sound insulation is quite poor, you really need to find and choose quieter room if you are noise sensitive. BUT, ALL IN ALL, I think I've said more than enough about my pleasant stay with Risemount Premier in general, and I can not wait to go back home :)) sending you all the love and greatness, F

Risemount Resort Hotel Da Nang is an amazing resort with a beautiful Italian village style. Receptionists and managers speak English fluently, so you don't need to worry about misunderstandings. All the food and drinks at breakfast are delicious. The staff is always ready to go towards you, no matter how big the problem is - just a craving for grilled bacon or a global issue with AC. The thing that bothers me sometimes is incompetent housekeepers and engineers. Usually, they are getting late at coming to your room, so you will need to put some effort into them to actually come to help with your issues. The only engineer who spoke English was the guy who helped us out with separate WiFi. I think that Risemount Resort is a great hotel. Still, the incompetency of housekeepers and engineers makes any issue-solving a tiring process, going back & forth just trying to get the engineer in your room, not to mention that you still need to explain the issue to them. I know that I can say one thing - Risemount Resort Hotel Da Nang is a very nice hotel to stay, but without knowing Vietnamese or being ready to use Google Translate all the time your experience in this charming resort might get more stressful, or even annoying.

I traveled with my husband, elderly mother and 4 years old daughter to Da Nang for the first time and I've booked the duplex room for 4 nights. The hotel located at a very convenient location with a lot of restaurants around. The hotel room was spacious and my family truly adore the comfort and spaces provided. Breakfast was wonder with wide choices of food. Swimming pool is certainly a highlight of our stay and we love it so much. One room for improvement was the temperature of the room was not even in the entire room which one of the bedroom is too warm at night. Overall this is a very nice hotel and we will definitely come back again.

Great location, awesome service and staff. Why weren‘t they informed us in advance that the rooftop pool, gym and sauna are under renovation? This information was not provided at the time of booking. In general, I liked everything, but I suppose if the services weren’r available, then the price of booking should be underestimated

I had a great stay thanks to the kindness of staff Leona. The facilities were good and the breakfast was delicious. I plan to visit again on my next trip.

The hotel has a wonderful outlook, with bright colours and is centrally located nearby all the restaurants we wanted to visit and near the beach. The service standards were fairly poor - the soap was not replaced two days in a row, hand wash was left empty for two days, toilet paper was not replaced in the last two days of our 4 nights and 5 day visit. The hotel is a bit tired and in need of renovation, the shower room door wouldn’t close so our bathroom was flooded every day and with bathroom slippers the room was wet in parts most of the time. The breakfast room decor was very nice but as vegetarians/vegans not so great for local food, and the staff weren’t understanding of what we were asking about, but generally good for a continental style breakfast. The staff were well meaning and friendly.

The horel service is very very good. Breakfast is very delicious and well-prepared the staff is wellcome for the quest. The price is very cheap with a perfect view from the city. It is very easy and convenient for me to go to the downtown areas and the beach This hotel deserve for 5stars

We had pleasant stay at the Risemount resort hotel.Manager up grade our Superior room for free to Elite Room. The breakfasts was super tasty with 3 different choices of hot dishes :beef chicken or fish and many other things like salads, soup bakery fruits. The room was super clean with good comfortable beds. The location I of the hotel is really close to the beach and many cafes.

Stayed in Risemount hotel for a few days. Hotel’s staff was very nice, helpful and attentive to all our needs and requests, especially want to thank the manager Trang! Hotel’s location is close to the central beach, rooms were cleaned every day, menu is various. We enjoyed our staying here and will come back again
