As my stay comes to an end, I wanted to take a moment to write and express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional hospitality I received during my time here. To be completely frank, we did encounter a few minor technical glitches at the beginning of the stay. However, what truly defined my experience was how magnificently the hotel responded. I would like to express a special thank you to Tommy for his personal attention and brilliant arrangements. It was incredibly impressive to see how quickly the issue was resolved, and the swift, seamless follow-up from the various departments was nothing short of professional. The proactive arrangement of the private airport transfer was a wonderfully thoughtful gesture that turned a potential inconvenience into a highlight of my trip. I also want to highly commend your dining options. Throughout my stay, I had the pleasure of experiencing several of your restaurants. Coincidentally, it rained during my visit, but staying indoors turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The outstanding quality of the food, the diverse culinary concepts across your venues, and the warm service made dining in the property a truly delightful experience, rain or shine. Please convey my thanks to everyone involved, with special recognition to Tommy for making all of this possible. You have successfully turned my stay into a thoroughly memorable one, and your team's dedication to guest satisfaction is a benchmark for excellent service. I look forward to returning to your hotel in the future.

Perfect getaway resort. Best staff you will ever meet, they help you with everything. The rooms are clean and pretty. The private beach is just minutes away by buggy. You can go to danang city or hoian ancient town throughout the day by shuttle.

The hotel is nice and cozy, and it also offers very convenient golf carts across the resort and shuttle buses to famous places like Hoi An and My Khe. The service is great as well, especially Angel the receptionist, who assisted me warmly and helped a lot during my stay.

The Good: • Service: The staff here are attentive, friendly, and quick to help. • Breakfast: High-quality ingredients and a great mix of local and international dishes. • Facilities: Great pool and Kids Club, though be sure to check the pricing as it can vary. The Not-So-Good: • Location & Logistics: The hotel is a bit isolated. There aren't many time slots, and the seats fill up fast. • Dining: While the breakfast is great, there aren't many restaurants outside of the hotel within walking distance. You’ll likely be eating on-site or taking a 15–20 minute car ride for more authentic local food.

It is hard to express my letter of disappointment with Hoiana at this moment. While this had previously been one of my favorite hotels when visiting central Vietnam, I can’t help but wonder what went so far downhill to cause service failure after service failure after service failure. Frankly, the entire seven night stay should’ve been completely complimentary after the experiences I’ve had. And, when requesting a meeting with the general manager, there is no one available to see you. A brand new watch went missing from my room. But there was no investigation. No one looked into it at all in fact.  The bellman, the front desk staff, the restaurant staff and the in-room dining staff were friendly, kind and genuine people. The management team on the other hand should really be re-trained or given more tools to resolve guest issues. When I tell you about a service delivery failure, I don’t need or expect something for free. But, it seems that is all they are authorized to do. What I need and expect from a “five star resort” is service that meets the international standards for 5 stars, not excuse after excuse: we’re understaffed, it’s so busy during the holidays. (I know it is a busy time, you increase your prices to reflect this but not your service; in fact, you have lower service standards and higher prices. Disgraceful. A few of the issues: -disturbed at 9 pm while I’m enjoying my Christmas Day dinner and drinks with my friends and friends - held hostage for 40 minutes in the resort cigar language because they do not have a working credit card machine and apparently don’t accept room charge for this property, only the Beach Resort, Hotel or Residences -ignored by the Downtime Relax Spa because they are “too busy today to respond” — I phoned and no one available to take my booking; they said they would call me back. 60 minutes later, still nothing. I even emailed the previous day; no reply. Quite honestly, I’m not sure what the benefit of staying here was — it was a waste of time, money, energy and was a frustrating Christmas rather than a relaxing one. Overall, just beyond disappointed. And a missing watch with no follow-up when reported.

This luxury hotel location is away from city centre , however they provide complimentary shuttle services to Danang n Hoi An They have many pools, long nice clean private beach. My friends played 2 consecutive days picker ball indoor with aircond 😊 The varieties for breakfast buffet spread is yummilicious 😋 Highly recommended this hotel n staff is courteous n helpful roo

Stunning hotel on outskirts of Hoi A with excellent amenities, very helpful team of staff and great choice of restaurants.  Had I realised that it was so far away from all the activities in Da Nang and Hoi A that I wanted to experience though I might not have booked it.

This is a really nice resort with great amenities and restaurants, golf next door. Staff is very attentive and welcoming. So many different swimming pools to choose from, close to the beach which was totally absent of people. Highly recommend this resort
