Nice room! Great and friendly staff. Has a swimming pool A big far from the beach like 20 min on foot 7/10

The hotel in itself is not bad but the housekeeping staff really have to put cleaning in their agenda. I have attached images of my room after they cleaned it each day immediately after they “cleaned”. I’m African and the day I checked in, the towels were clean and fluffy. Now they give me this crap. They don’t do this for their other guests. I’m disgusted because they happily take the money but refuse to give us the service we paid for. Very shameful and dirty

Good location to go beach danang

Room not really clean, also had a little problem with the door and key card which the staff managed to help with. Bed was comfy and and the shower was good

Stayed here the first time I got to da nang an thought was ok until I arrived back at first I was put in a room sheets weren’t clean smelt like dust and air con wasn’t the greatest so they moved me rooms and I got really sick off the air con when I looked it was black with dust and directly over my bed so I kindly asked for a refund and left to a different hotel my throat and nose aren’t good maybe the house keepers need to do their job properly and then air cons need a good clean

Room doesn't have slippers and hair dryer, but when I asked staff , they gave it to me

We booked a room and paid for the inclusion of motorcycle rental. The receptionist just denied this. Luckily trip were able to resolve but there was no willingness to help from the hotel. They didn’t even suggest somewhere that we could hire one. The staff just sit on TikTok all day. The pool was cold and the bar was always closed.
