The hotel isn't too far from the airport, slightly around 20-25 mins car ride. Definitely will be back here again with friends as the room was spacious, neat and clean. Bed and pillows were all very comfortable. And the view of thr sea from the balcony was amazing even though it was facing the construction building. Only downside is that the mart or any mart is a few minutes walk away. But that does not really matter to us.

Altara suite is perfect ! The location is located at a less crowded area so it’s perfect for a relaxing getaway. Staff are all very friendly and helpful during the stay! Accommodation was clean and nice comes with a nice balcony with sea view! 🌊🌊🌅 Gym was spacious and have a great city view from above! 🏋️ Roof top Swimming Pool is chill and nice!🏊♂️🩲 Breakfast comes with good selection! Most importantly it’s at the top few levels! So the view is awesom yo🍳🥐🍉 Definitely made the right choice to stay here! Check out Sơn tra night market for awesome seafood too! 🦞🦑🐙🦐🐟

Altara Suits location is near the beach side and they have excellent apartments suits in which you can stay, the service is very good and the amenities in the room are excellent , it is also near from the street market so if you fancy a small walk it’s right around the corner.

We loved the service apartment. It was comfortable and clean. The amenities were nice and our son enjoyed the swimming pool. Breakfast had good variety of local and western food.

Staff was very nice and cooperative in breakfast they arrange jain food for us even though it’s was just 2 items but food made was very nice

Nice location and residential apartment. Limited F&B options at hotel and you need to be prepared to wait for lift longer then usual

처음 체크인 후 방에 문제가 있다는 걸 알았다 에어컨 소음이 심각하여 동영상 촬영 및 로비에 컴플레인을 했지만, 룸체인지가 아닌 기술자를 불러주겠다 했으며, 우리가 자리를 비운 사이 기술자는 에어컨을 고치는게 아니라 에어컨을 꺼버렸다. 일정이 끝난 뒤 우리는 조용한 상태를 확인 후 고친 줄 알았지만 방은 에어컨을 킬 경우 괭음이 들렸다 나는 다음 날 알게됐지만 부모님은 더위를 피해 거실 쇼파 쟁탈전을 했다고 한다 나는 이 호텔의 서비스에 크게 실망했다

酒店跟Sheraton相鄰（見圖4，對海那邊是Sheraton，對Holiday Inn那邊是Altara）過1條馬路就是海灘，旁邊有賭場，走5分鐘左右有便利店。 房間很大，2房2廳2浴，但其中1個浴室設計怪怪的（見圖1）浴缸旁邊有個大窗，沒有窗簾，而且我特地跑到對面馬路確認過，外面完全可以看得清清楚楚，浴缸後面是廁所及淋浴間，見圖3，估計原本是有門的，但之後拆掉了，淋浴之後整個浴室濕淋淋的...

4年前にも家族で泊まって良かったので今回は友人とリピートしました。2ベットルーム部屋でしたが、室内が雨季のせいかカビ臭くシーツも湿っていました。また、シャワーの水圧が弱く、お湯が出ない事がありお水で体を洗いました。タンクにお湯が溜まってる感じで宿泊者が使う時間帯はお湯がなくなるのかなぁって思いました。是非その辺もチェックインの際に行って欲しかったです。
