However, we only do give benefits to our guest based on the Western calendar and I think this can be understood. Despite of this, I also believe our team should be more flexible in such a situation and will instruct them accordingly.As for our floor – We carefully clean the wooden floor every day. Despite this, it is natural that feed can become dark when walking on a wooden floor. Based on your feedback, we will carefully check that the floor remains clean at all times.We are shocked to hear that there was an incident with a rodent and immediately checked the camera and yes – a small mouse was indeed in the restaurant. Based on this we immediately did a full inspection. We are glad to say that we found no other rodent not traces of rodents and therefore assume it came from outside. As a hotel, we guarantee the highest level of cleanliness and will always take immediately action if any incident happens. We do apologise for the wrong reaction of our team member.As for the forgotten table service during the seafood dinner – Our apologies.Kind regards, The Management
