Stayed only 1 night for attending the fair in EXCO. Hotel is nice and clean. Service is very slow. Recommended for Business Travel only, not for family stay.

Hotel is meeting expectation as five star hotel located in second city of Korea amenity and personality is meeting the standard of five stars, but the front desk step was only one person and their service. It is high standard very brief introduction of facility. It can be improved.

It was a terrible experience. The heating system wasn’t able to adjust and it kept the room temperature at 28-29 degrees. Too hard and all night couldn’t sleep well. I understand it is central system. But the hotel must to something to fix the problem, not just say sorry or tell us nothing you could do.

I stayed in this hotel for a work trip and Highly recommend it to anyone going on business trips. The reception kindly upgraded my room. The room is spacious and the facilities were very new and modern. It is great for people who need to work and get on meetings. There are also many coffee shops and a 24hr convenient store right next to the hotel. Will definitely come back again

전반적으로는 5성급 호텔인데 가격이 저렴해서 만족스러웠습니다! 소소하게 아쉬운 점들은 아래 몇 가지 입니다. - 체크인 시에 웨이팅 기계가 있어서 등록하고 기다렸는데, 호출을 한참 안 해서 가보니 기계 없이 그냥 줄 서서 진행… 그럴거면 웨이팅 기계를 꺼놔야 하지 않을까요? - 5성 호텔이라기엔 드라이기가 안 좋았습니다… 플라스틱이 녹아서 찌그러져 있고… - 엘리베이터 앞 객실은 일찍 체크아웃 하는 사람들 때문에 시끄러워 잠을 깼습니다. 방 밖에서 움직이는 사람 때문에 방 입구 센서등이 켜지기도 하고;; 복도-방 사이 문이 밀폐가 안 되는 것도 같고 방음이 잘 안 되어요. 가능하면 엘베에서 먼 구석방을 요청하세요. 하지만 소소한 것들이라… 가격이 저렴한데 전반적인 시설은 5성급이 맞고, 객실도 상당히 넓게 빠져있어서 다 수용이 가능합니다! 추천해요! 서울에서 와서 그런지, 이 가격에 이 정도 객실 컨디션이라는게 매우 좋았습니다!
