Hotell i Jung-gu, Taegu

Excellent location, value for money and good services rendered. We will definitely come back and stay in this hotel if we come back to Daegu, and also recommend it to our friends. Special mention to Yu Jin, the front desk staff, for her patience and excellent service.

It's not too far from Daegu station, walking distance, that makes life so much easier. I'm very happy they've got a fridge for guests which is a lifesaver in the summer. All amenities are provided, including towel, shower gels and shampoo, and slippers which are super thoughtful for backpackers. I like the service from the reception, they do speak English fluently, even if you can speak Korean, you'll be fine. 🫰

급하게 숙소를 구했는데 가격이 제일 낮아서 골랐지만 시설이 너무 괜찮었오요 . 청소 디테일이 좀 떨어졌지만 재방문 의사 있습니다

Really nice,clean and modern appartement! It have a lot of handy features and machines, what’s really nice. Flatscreen with Netflix, wasmachine and a drying/steaming closet (also for shoes and suits). Location is perfect, next to the metro. The Shoppingsstreets are on the east and foodstreets on de west side.

Clasical love hotel. Near subway station, calm area. in walking distance from big street market and zoo park. To city centrum it's few minutes by subway or long walk. Good place to even stay longer.

While it is a budget hostel, and the location is a bit of a walk inside the back street, I did not expect it to be too luxury or anything special. What was strange was that eventhough I arrived before 10PM, there was nobody at the reception desk, and I had to call to be able to speak with someone for check in and being directed to a self check in machine. With my broken korean language skill, it was difficult but I made it at the end. The room has some black moulds and I had to plug off the mini fridge to be able to use the power point to charge my phone, mini fan and whatever else. And in the morning that mini fridge has produced some water on the floor after being thawed. Towels were provided but they were smelly. The bottom of the toilet were not sealed properly to the floor (the sillicone joint has worn off). The room is in need of renovation. I managed to do the self check out when I went downstairs the next morning (with the same machine). Then I realised I couldn’t get out via the entrance door that I got in the night before, because it was locked at around 11AM. After I rang the owner again, he directed me to leave by the back door. Then I was trying to find my way at the back area to go out to the street and catch a taxi. This hostel by far was the worst place I have stayed ever. I was glad I only booked for 1 night.

컴퓨터가 아예 켜지지 않았다. 밤에 잘 땐 꽤 추웠는데 온도 조절할 방법이 없었다. 2박했는데 면도기를 청소하며 치워버렸다. 아쉽

잠만자러 간 곳이라 편하고 좋아요 단점은 계단이 술먹고 다니기에 위험할 것 같다는거...? 잠만자기엔 딱 좋아요
