Helpful and kind staff. You can travel to center by a bus + underground in 50-60 minutes. Bus hours may end early.

Comfortable bed, nice rain shower, plenty of parking, good access. Basic WiFi adequate. A good base to visit family and do some business in our trip up from the west country. Best of all. Your staff. Always helpful and attentive, polite and welcoming.

Staff excellent Room was tired and not clean Heating did not work properly and room was not serviced As said staff were lovely This is poor value for money The rooms need a refresh and a good scrub! Breakfast was good and parking adequate for the location

I had an excellent experience with Eve at Premier Inn West Romford. She handled my questions with professionalism and genuine care. Eve went out of her way to assist me with my booking, ensuring the process was smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly demeanor , willingness and her smile to help really stood out she went the extra mile to make my stay very pleasant, and she made me feel valued as a customer. A really conveniently placed hotel but at the cost of a little late night traffic noise. The rooms are standard Premiere Inn fayre but clean. The staff are polite, helpful and always smiling, Anette the chef is a real star, thank you Anette for your personal attention.

I stayed at Romford west . Easy booking all lovely . The receptionist was realy nice and helpful and chef Annette was realy nice realy helpful and nothing was a problem . The premier was all very good and enjoyed my stay . Nothing to do with the premier but the Toby next door shut at 10.00 at night even for drinks so make sure your in before or go to local weather spoons.

Awesome little hotel, great price for a nights stay, added bonus of parking as well, which is great for London, nice firm mattress and pillows which I love, waterfall shower head, far better than a normal one, breakfast on par with many of a hotel I have stayed in the past, all in all well worth the stay.

Very nice hotel if a bit dated in the old looks, the staff make up for the shortcomings. when i had trouble with my keys missing the young man jayo helped me find them! the breakfast room is clean and smells like fresh flowers. My family always visits once a month.

The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was spotless. Diane was great, welcoming and understanding. Her sister Patricia was really helpful with breakfast as we have gluten allergy daughter. It was great service, even more so that I've been to so many premier but this is by far the best!
