Nature hotel recensioner

It was ridiculous to took us waiting for almost an hour to check into our room when we arrive at 3pm. The check in time is at 2pm, check out time for guests before is at 12pm, but the room cleaner wasn't managed to clean up the room even after 3 hours at 3pm? That's impossible. We finally check into our room at 4pm, after the receptionist told us that our room wasn't ready and need to be cleaned when we arrive Hotel at 3pm. Our room has bad smells flowing from the bathroom, and there is a big broken hole on the wall inside our room. The floor becomes uneven due to water damaged.

About 10-15 minutes away from Dalat market, located in a quiet area on the middle of a hill having nice view of the town. Super friendly and caring staffs, which I appreciated a lot 😊

Hoa the manager was very helpful and was very kind and was always ready to help with anything.spoke great english.too.the staff were also very helpful.the hotel is in a good location but my advice is to hire a motorcycle from the hotel.the terrace overlooking the town is really scenic and great to relax.

The hotel is normal. It’s clean enough. Service is not very good. Every day I had to ask for water, coffee, etc.

一家獨棟別墅型酒店，離車站很近不到5分鐘車程，房間乾淨舒適晚上很安靜，前台小姐姐很熱情，還幫我訂了巴士票，由於語言不通原因溝通了一會，但其實訂票是很簡單的，還有車送去汽車站，值得推薦。感謝小美女Nhu和一個戴眼鏡的小美女。

性價比很高，真的挺滿意的，乾淨衞生，服務周到，有笑容，有禮貌。這裏適合長住，馬路對面是學校，周圍很安靜，遠處風景不錯，特地加訂了一天，推薦！

在山上，對面是當地的小學，如果沒有租機車的話會比較不方便，附近要買吃的或者買水都需要愛走5-10分鐘左右，去比較熱鬧的地區或者景點都需要靠Grab。 透過Trip預定了2天的住宿，第二天晚上的前台小哥態度較差，問東西都愛理不理。但第一天的前台小哥就很熱情，協助預定了從大叻到胡志明的夜巴。

시내에서 조금 떨어져있지만, 그렇기에 조용히 머물기 너무 좋습니다. 직원분들도 다들 친절하시고 버스 예약도 도와주셔서 편히 이동할 수 있었습니다. 조용히 휴식하고 싶은 분들께 강추입니다!

위치는 조금 멀었지만 직원이 친절하고 뷰가 좋습니다.

가장 낮은 층에 묵게되서 조금 습하기는 했지만, 직원들의 친절함과 청결함은 아주훌륭하였습니다. 또한 근처에 로컬 맛집이 많은 편이라 좋습니다.

訂的房間是在大廳的負一層，被褥潮，屋內空氣不好，雖然新開的酒店，但屋內牆面顯得陳舊。但必須要説的是前台幾位小姐服務太棒了，水準一流，個個美麗動人。許多的細節讓人印象深刻。讓我們從開始的較為失望，到後來連住4晚。酒店若能負一層加空氣除濕器，那就好了。

Stayed for 4 nights at this lovely hotel, which is one of the 4 properties in DaLat managed by the NATURE HOTELS GROUP. A very satisfying experience throughout the stay. Scores well on location as it's truly serene and fresh, not congested like the part of old city across the Xuan Houng Lake. The French architecture facade looks classy and so is the entire property, lobby and reception area, corridors, rooms etc. The rooftop dining hall is simply the best as it offers lovely bird's eye view of the highland city landscape. The rooms hv all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The staff is always available to assist. If swimming pool and restaurant facility is made available, this property can easily qualify as 4*. Hotels policy towards saving environment and nature needs to be applauded. Minimal use of plastic, water efficient toilets and showers, reuse of towels and sheets etc and the lots of potted plants in lobby, corridors, even in the room balconies and at rooftop dining hall are special. The property caters mainly to local Vietnamese tourists only & hardly any overseas guests seen here during our stay. Improvment needed on 3 points. Firstly, front desk staff's limited English vocabulary made communication a challenge. Only 1-2 members could understand English a bit, but all of them were trying hard to make us comfortable. Secondly, only one dish is offered to guests booked under CP basis, & that too Vietnamese only. We had to select any one of the 2 options viz. Bowl of Noodles as per choice or eggs with herbs and Baguette bread. Coffee or Tea is served in drinks. Never seen such limited B'fast at such premium hotels in Vietnam. Even in case of fixed set B'fast, at least Pancakes, boiled eggs or omelette, cut fruits and juice, bread toast with butter, jam is offered. Thirdly, only local Vietnamese TV channels offered. Few English channels for entertainment can make stay more comfortable. Many restaurants & cafes are located about 200 m away. Mini marts, convenience stores, fruits, street food etc easily available. Bike renting shops offer at 150000 VND for 24 hrs & at 100000-125000 VND per 24 hrs if booked for 3-4 days. Lovely Vegetarian Vietnamese food available at Tu Sen Restaurant close to the hotel. Indian Restaurant available at 2 Kms, Sagar Indian Restaurant or Ganesha Indian Restaurant. Property located about 1.5-2 Kms fm Bus Station. If traveling by FuTa Sleeper Bus, free transfer to & from hotel available. Bus tkts booking handled well by front desk team. Strongly recommended for stay, but don't book your B'fast here if you aren't Vietnamese.

Tôi đã có những ngày nghỉ rất hài lòng tại khách sạn Nature trong chuyến công tác tại TP. Đà Lạt vừa qua. Khách sạn có không gian đẹp, nội thất phòng được bố trí hài hòa. Phòng sạch sẽ do được nhận viên buồng phòng vệ sinh hàng ngày, nước nóng rất ổn định và bạn có thể sử dụng thoải mái bất cứ khi nào, nhân viên tận tình và rất hiếu khách. Đặt biệt giá phòng cho mỗi đêm rất giá trị xứng đáng để lựa chon. Nhất định sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

Mình đã có dịp đến khách sạn và nghỉ dưỡng ở đây. Mình thấy nhân viên rất chu đáo và nhiệt tình hỗ trợ, các tiện ích khách sạn cũng đầy đủ và chu đáo giúp mình có một chuyến đi chơi ở Đà Lạt trọn vẹn. Phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ các dịch vụ thiết yếu. Nếu có dịp chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây.
