Nice French style architecture with excellent customer service. Enjoyed the billard game and the swimming pools. However hotel is very deep inside Dalat with golf course and luckily with a complementary shuttle bus.

A beautiful property to enjoy the cool n scenery with beautiful flowers everywhere when you take walks around. Rooms were comfortable, big and quiet. Staff were helpful n friendly. If u enjoy golf, this is a great place to stay. They change holes to make the game interesting everyday. Breakfast is a daily feast and eating outside on the terrace is such a treat especially when you watch the mist slowly clearing in the late morning. The free shuttle is complimentary and it brings you to town.

My husband and I enjoyed our 4-day/3-night stay at the resort immensely. The view from our room was beautiful. The surrounding ambience was serene and very peaceful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet spread was sumptuous and delicious with Vietnamese, Western and Asian cuisines. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The manager even gave us an impromptu buggy ride round the resort, golf club and driving range. The resort provides regular free shuttle bus services to and fro Dalat City Centre. I definitely recommend Swiss Belresort Tuyem Lam for a relaxing getaway for couples, friends and families.

Nice stay at the resort. Great service. The place is big and good to breathe fresh air.

Good place near by mountain

We planned to stay there 3 nights during October 23. Then our travel plan was changed to next year. So, we informed to hotel 1 week advance to amend our reservation to next year Feb 2024 but hotel denied us however we try to requested to them. This is what we got lousy service from their e commerce manager.

Highland cool weather with a golf course

This place has the best view in that place. I spent most of my time in the property. Excellent

Many facilities and connected to the golf course. Although ride in is long and windy. Nice place to chill and relax with family and just use the facilities. Not so convenient if heading to city center.

terrible location….have to drive 20-30 min to the city centre and is dangerous too …when we first check in there was swans made of towels with roses around which attracted ants and upon telling the staff all they could do was say “sorry”, housekeeping does not change sheets merely just make it look nice…in fact the pillow had like black stains on it when we came back…wanted to rent their bike at 4am but found their only staff sleeping and snoring in the lobby…check out is before 12 but when asked for 1pm check out since my flight is at 4pm they said it will be extra 30% of room charge….ridiculous and signs of a failing hotel…only the exterior looks good…the buffet breakfast is so bad as well…disappointed really, got fooled by the pictures

Отель в целом не плохой,правда номера уже подуставшие,хорошие виды из номера. Завтраки хорошие.

골프치고 쉬기엔 더할나위없이 좋은 곳이에요. 깔끔하고 음식도 맛있었어요 다만 시내 나가는 셔틀을 못타고 택시타고 나갔다가 셔틀타고 들어오려했는데… 그 셔틀을 대체 어디서 타는지 주소만으로는 구글맵에서 찾기가 너무 어려웠어요.. 결국 택시타고 다시 들어왔는데 이부분 한번 확인해주심 좋겠네요

조용하고 풍경좋고 공기좋고 다만 시내 나갈때 불편함 빼고는 좋습니다 다음에 가족끼리 또 놀러올거 같아요 보내기 좋습니다

조식도 나름 좋았고, 시설도 나쁘지는 않았지만 방음이 약해서 변기 물소리가 크게들림. 샤워기 버튼이 고장난건지 없는건지 없어서 사용못함
