We had a great stay at Clarke Exotica. Great service, Well Maintained rooms and clean facility. Breakfast options and Restraunt was good. They had Karaoke night on one of the days. Best part was the property location and views from the hotel. Will definately recommend

I had a wonderful stay at JK Clarks Hotel, Dalhousie. I booked this property for my birthday celebration and they made my day more amazing. Everyone involved there in their respective roles is truly committed, dedicated, well trained and outstanding people. The place and rooms were absolutely amazing—clean, neat, and tidy. The food, especially the breakfast, was delicious with a lot of variety, which was impressive given the hilly terrain. The staff was beyond amazing and incredibly helpful. Anything you need, they are at your door immediately, ensuring a seamless experience. The mountain view suite room offered breathtaking views, adding to the charm of the stay. The central heating and 24-hour running hot water made it a truly comfortable and cozy experience as it's still bit cold there. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dalhousie!"

The hotel is situated at a good location, which provides an excellent view of the pirpanjal mountain ranges. Room is cosy, spacious, well decorated, balcony had two chairs and table. In room dining service was prompt, quantity of the food is enough, one dish can easily be shared by two persons. All the staff is courteous, we were stuck in hotel due to heavy rainfall, and had nothing to do but to roam around the hotel and reception area, my daughter thoroughly enjoyed chatting with the front office manager. The breakfast buffet was good, it had both north and south Indian food choice options,taste was also good, but only non-veg option was eggs, I expected at least one chicken preparation like sausage/salami etc. A la carte options were good, the food we ordered was delicious.

The scenic beauty was awesome.Staff was very nice and cooperative and the food was very tasty.Highly recommended.House keeping staff was nice.The place was in hygienic conditions and clean.We are satisfied with the services.Realy love this place.
