If I could rate this place 6 stars, I would! Absolutely breathtaking views from our room, excellent service that goes beyond what you’d expect and clean rooms with extremely comfortable beds! Thank you for this amazing stay. Brought my dad here for his 70th birthday and he said this is the best hotel he’s ever been to in his life.

It was a joy to wake up to the gorgeous view of ErHai offered by the bay window in our room, plus breakfast delivered to the door, each day. The room was clean, the hot water and water pressure were steady, and the bed was comfortable. Also really enjoyed using the tub by the window. Above all else, service was impeccable. The front desk was immensely helpful in providing advice for our plans on the day to day and very kindly helped to arrange for transport to our next stop at Lijiang. The only downsides are that it's a distance away from some of the popular tourist sites, but didi worked just fine for where we wanted to go. I believe the hotel will also help to book you a car if you need one. In all, my husband and I were really glad we chose to stay here and would be more than happy to return.

They have the best service! The breakfast is very good. Full set chinese breakfast. We got free transfer from the hotel to train station. The room is big. The toilet uses smart toilet with bidet. We left something and the hotel staff helped arrange the delivery to our hotel in Lijiang. Really enjoyed our stay here and we are grateful for the help!

It’s near the railway station, they provide free transport pick up and drop off. But do arrange with them in advance. Seaview is really amazing from level 29. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would recommend this stay. We didn’t have our itinerary plan, we arranged for one day transport service to tour Er Hai with the transport service they provided to pick us up.

Strategically located near to train station. It's an airbnb with good Seaview overlooking Er Hai. Loft unit abit difficult to walk up and down the stairs. Local breakfast was decent.
