This hotel offered very good service to us during our stay. The owner helped to carry all our luggage to our room and let us take any extra bottle of water, hangers, toothbrushes, etc. The room was clean and spacious and equipped with AI controller, Xiao Du to operate lighting and curtain with voice. Breakfast was also good and the location was very close to Dali ancient city, which is within walking distance of 5 min. The hotel room exterior was beautifully decorated and pleasing. Highly recommended to stay here!

Hotel is clean, modern, comfortable. Room is very large & has smart technology; amenities are good. Breakfast is basic. Transport to train station is provided, and you’ll need to inform the hotel in advance. Location is good, just 5mins walk to Dali old town. Hotel also provides good advice & contacts for a reliable driver for travelling to places farther away, eg. Shaxi ancient town, or Xizhou. The hotel room is exactly as shown in the app. Overall, a great stay!

Amazing stay! The hotel is in a great location near the north entrance, making it super convenient. It’s a brand-new hotel with high-tech AI controls and an auto-bidet toilet, adding extra comfort. The hospitality was top-notch, and we even received a thoughtful gift from the owner before check-out. Highly recommend! Truly a place that values hospitality. Would definitely stay here again!"

We had a lovely time at Dali Sheloves Resorts. Our son and his wife had stayed here previously and they liked it a lot, so he brought us to stay with them on their second trip to Dali. The staff were considerate and gave us the ground floor. The hotel room was clean and comfortable and the amenities were modern.

Modern hotel, clean, helpful and friendly staff

I like the stay here. Just 5 minute walk to the old town. The closest entrance is the West Gate, where there is a stream of water coming down from the gate to the middle of the city. The room was great and smart. I loved the temperature gauge on the shower knob as well as the toilet seat. They also gave us souvenir when we checked out. Overall I would recommend to stay here if you want to explore Dali Old Town and have a nice place to stay after walking around the town.

Stayed here for 2 nights as 2nd part of our Yunnan trip. Superb location as it was just walking distance to Da Li Ancient Town. The owners are super friendly and nice, making sure we are well taken care of during our stay and that we layer up when the weather gets cold whenever we are going out. They even recommend places and things to buy and not to buy, the reasonable prices etc, which we feel was a very nice touch as we often get targeted to pay a tourist rate as we do not know the market. When we checked out, they even gave us some sourvenir to bring back and remember about Da Li. They have an adorable Corgi too. We truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return when we come back next time!

Beautifully decorated hotel with modern furnishings. Located conveniently across the road from ancient town, easy to walk to. Hotel owners were very friendly and provided lots of suggestions/recommendations. Hotel room has smart technology integrated too. Highly recommended if you are coming to Dali!

Booked this room for my dad's friend. The owner and the employees were really vert friendly and nice. They have a free pick-up service from the railway station because we stayed for 3 nights. The room was smart, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good, especially the MiXian, and it really suits my appetite. It is a 5-minute walk from Dali Ancient Town, but if you are walking at night, then you need to be careful because it will be very dark and have fewer people. When we left for Lijiang, they even sent us off and gave us a thank you gift. 

It’s a great experience staying in 喜爱酒店！ the cleanliness and staff is amazing. It is super near 大理古城. Just a 10 mins walk or a 2 mins ride on the 电动车. Rental of the Electric bike is 30 yuan for the whole day. The hotel steward is super friendly and helpful with super good tips and recommendations on where to visit and what to look out for. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and will recommend anyone who is visiting Dali city to stay there!

Very near to the Dali Ancient City. Good location.

Highly-recommended! - pick up service is included - our room is clean and cozy and we got everything we need there - washing machine is available - offer breakfast and the food is worth trying - one highlight to stress is that hosts are super helpful, kind and warm - We got great recommendations for places to visit - We forgot some items at the room when we left and the hosts were super proactive to contact, to help send it as soon as possible to us. Really appreciate that ! - We also received some specialities in the end by the hosts which are really nice

Got upgraded and the front desk helped to put the rooms close to each other. The rooms are huge and beautiful and no complains. Everything is clean and well thought off. You can get extra water converter snacks.

Very cozy little place with friendly helpful owner and employees. The room is clean, smart ( xiaodu controlled aircon lights curtains TV etc) and toilet/shower has smart control too. As the TV is smart and most locals mirrors from their smart phones, the counter staff installed a separate TV box just for me when I requested for local news and channels. So sweet of them. Drinking water and snacks amenities are mostly free flow breakfast is great if you love local cuisine, when we check out they even gave us a set of parting gifts! Highly recommended!
