I had a truly wonderful stay at Dali Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, providing the perfect mix of comfort and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of my visit was flawless, always greeting me with a smile and promptly addressing any requests.

Was really happy with this place. We stayed in a deluxe room which included multiple living rooms and a HUGE rooftop terrace, which was amazing for reading, having coffee, etc. The service was excellent, rooms were very clean and comfortable. Only a couple of negatives: very limited English from the staff and it's a bit far from renmin road (about 20-25 minute walk). Overall: 10/10 would stay again!

Very nice hotel situated just outside the old town. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pool and also has some basic gym facilities. Good value for money.

We love this hotel because it's near the ancient city (10-15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi). It has a pool and the breakfast is great. You can also enjoy the mountain view from their rooftop. The only downside is that no one understand English, only one lady with limited word. But we can always use a translator to communicate. You can also find many restaurants near the hotel.

Amazingly beautiful hotel! The beds were very comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The gym could use an upgrade , but the pool was great ! I love Chinese food , but the breakfast was just okay for me. I’d stay here again 😃

The hotel itself is fine. Nice, new-ish, not too far from fun things. The breakfast was very nice. But the service was really weird. The staff seemed like they wanted to help but didn’t know how. Simple things became big things. They couldn’t find our reservation and even after we showed them on trip.com and sent them booking numbers it just seemed too hard. They sent our “welcome fruit” on the night before we were leaving (4night stay). It was just a difficult place to get the simplest things. I hope they can look at the way they work and become a better place to stay.

Modern style, clean and simple but running on skeleton staff probably due to covid. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited options and stale baked goods.

是體驗最好的一家店了，氛圍很好，讓人感覺很舒服😁休息區可以坐很久，來了這麼多次沒有踩過雷，非常不錯，想來的可以沖了，交通、停車各方面都非常的便利，離離古城很近，必須給個好評。哈哈哈哈哈哈哈 再説一下，確實是很輕鬆的環境呢……

酒店綠植覆蓋率高，花園造景有山有水，拍照很出片，隨手拍的都很好看，房間有一次性毛巾和馬桶濕巾，點贊，員工很熱情，有求必應，雲南太美了太鬆弛了，離開之後還念念不忘，如果有機會再來大理還會選這家酒店。

超級滿意房間的窗景，酒店設施服務都蠻好，床很大也很舒服，花園很精緻，茶室也不錯，適合慢節奏旅行，池子裏超級多大錦鯉，被養得挺好，大理的陽光太治癒啦，下次還來！

酒店很有中式設計感 就是感覺微信管家回覆態度比較生硬 員工態度都有點死氣沉沉 衹有要好評的時候態度很好 感覺酒店輝煌過但是落寞了 整體非常冷清 比較適合老年人入住 年輕人不太適合 早餐非常一般 感覺有點emmmmm就是過氣了 房間裏也特別冷 不太推薦入住

大理古城五彩雲酒店真的是非常驚艷！一踏入酒店，就彷彿進入了一個世外桃源，園林實景超美，綠樹繁花相映成趣，一步一景，處處皆畫。房間內，民族特色裝飾巧妙點綴，從精緻的銀飾到古樸的擺件，細節滿滿，氛圍感直接拉滿。 酒店的服務也很貼心，工作人員熱情友好，有求必應。位置也很棒，周邊出行、吃飯都方便。晚上伴着園林裏的蟲鳴聲入眠，清晨又被窗外的鳥語喚醒，太愜意了！
