Our inn has always done its best to warmly assist guests with travel and transportation issues, but we cannot resolve every problem. You didn’t allocate sufficient time to get to the station and were unable to book a Didi ride. In such cases, you should have informed us in advance so we could have contacted a driver to help you, instead of calling us at the last minute. Unfortunately, we missed your call, which led to your dissatisfaction with our service. As for the routes around Cangshan and Erhai, our staff also spoke with you for at least 20 minutes. We are doing our best to assist every traveler who visits Dali, and we hope you can appreciate the beauty of Dali and leave with fond memories.
