I had a wonderful experience at this villa. The staff provided outstanding service - helpful, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. They were also incredibly sweet, sending us afternoon tea and always reminding us of thoughtful details. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

Excellent location and lake view. Highly recommended. Thanks to xiao yang and the hotel manager. Excellent service. Nice breakfast, afternoon tea, dessert, foot bath, free putuo tickets. Free rental of costume. Remember to go to the 4th floor to take nice pictures.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay here! Our family of six occupied two rooms and felt right at home. The excellent location ensured quiet nights, and we all slept soundly. The top-notch service was impressive - fast, friendly, and attentive. The staff even prepared our bedrooms for rest and sleep in the evenings. Mealtimes were delightful, with delicious breakfast and tea breaks. We were also treated to nighttime desserts. To unwind, we relaxed with a soothing foot bath infused with rose petals and herbs. This place truly feels like home. We're so glad we chose to stay here! Many thanks to 雷卉，小杨 and team who made our stay so memorable! ❤️❤️❤️

Enjoyed our stay at this cosy guesthouse with a lovely view of erhai. Butler service was excellent and 24/7 contactable via wechat. Had an issue with a toilet for a second night and they opened another room for us just so for us to use the toilet. Special thanks to Kang Kang (康康）who made our short stay at Dali an enjoyable one.

Location is excellent with stunning views overlooking the lake, and short walk to nearby Putuo island. Staff were all excellent with great service. Thank you to the hotel manager and everyone else for all attention and care. We were pampaered with fruits, cakes etc.. and II brought 3 elderly family members with me recently (two of them bove 80+ years) and they thoroughly enjoyed the stay!! Feel very welcome staying at this home stay. They serve breakfast ( local healthy style ) tea breaks and even dessert in the evening. We get them to help us arrange for a local transport to go round Erhai. Will stay here again if visiting Erhai.

I recently stayed at Brahmansu · Pure Soul | Holiday Villa Guanyun Sea View Light Luxury Inn (Dali Erhai Branch) and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the stunning view from the balcony.
