A very modern and comfortable room. The pictures posted are exactly what the room offers. The whole establishment gives a very comfortable feel and is very near to Shuanglang old town. Situated by the lake, it is not noisy. Breakfast is sumptuous and high tea is also delicious.

Exceptional service and great villa! The hotel sent a buggy to pick us up from the main road to the resort. We received welcome drink and were warmly greeted by 小蝶. The whole place was cosy and and we immediately felt at home. The high tea set was great! Comes with coffee and a cake. We can relax while looking at the fantastic er hai lake. The villa was also very nicely decorated. We had so much fun chilling and also taking photos at the balcony. The room on the 2nd floor has a 65inch TV and a sky window right above the bed which allowed us to see the sky from the bed. We were all very impressed that the sky window is clean. You can see the effort in everything little thing they do. Breakfast was also very sumptuous and made with effort. Amenities were also of good quality. The location is fantastic as well. Just 3-4 minutes walk to the Shuanglang ancient town. What impressed us the most is the effort made in arranging our luggage to the next villa. 小蝶 helped us coordinate with the next villa to send our luggages over and she did all that will a smile and kept us updated of the progress even after we had left the place. Thank you for making us feel at home with your sincere service! Will definitely recommend my friends to stay at Haiyuntai if they go to Dali.

房型:夕陽海景複式雙卧 缺點: 1.公區比較亂 三樓到四樓的樓梯也放滿櫃子 三樓過道也是櫃子（圖一） 2.價格1500多的複式雙卧，就是三樓的一間房加閣樓，閣樓非常悶（圖三），晚上空調特別響，閣樓出風口就買床旁邊的頂上。樓上樓下房間都很小，非常不建議帶小朋友入住，完全跑不開，沒有太多活動空間，我們攜帶了一個28寸行李箱和一個20寸行李箱，都衹能放在進門處，不然空間更為狹窄。 3.閣樓晚上關了天花板簾，依舊非常透光。（圖二） 4.環境和價格不匹配，窗簾像破布。（圖四） 5.設施硬件不行，浴室衹有手持花灑，無頂噴，且均為不知名品牌。 6.早餐需要前一天確定好，不像其他民宿早上有多種選擇。 優點: 1.服務可以，前台2個小姐姐人都挺好，幫忙接行李，送行李，退房後忘了東西保潔阿姨也幫忙收拾好拿下樓。

服務非常好，會有人接送行李，客人的小問題也會幫忙解決，房間有含早餐，下午茶，房間睡的也舒服，洗漱用品用起來感覺都挺好，景色也不錯，就在洱海邊上，一線海景，開車過去老闆娘還給報銷停車費，太感動了。

酒店位置非常好，在景區的核心區域，但又鬧中取靜；服務非常熱情，提前一天聯繫，並安排師傅幫我們取了行李；贈送的精美海景雙人下午茶和早餐，味道非常好；在房間就可以欣賞洱海蒼山，強烈推薦

酒店的地理位置真的很不錯👍陽台就可以看到洱海。下午茶真的很好吃，早餐很豐盛。前台小姐姐也很貼心，會為我們搬運行李。還有晚安牛奶，真的真的很不錯！
