Qi'ao Lishang Wanglai Inn (Dali Ancient Town Branch)

This was the best hotel I stayed at during my entire trip to Yunnan. The staff went above and beyond, even helping me carry my 20kg+ baggage upstairs. The hotel has adorable pets, and its location is excellent. The room heater worked perfectly, keeping me cozy during the winter. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. I also appreciated the free laundry service with detergent provided. Plus, the heated toilet seat was a thoughtful touch!

I’m so sorry to say that this has been the most disappointing accommodation I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the experience did not match the price paid, and I found it to be far below expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The room was noticeably unclean. As shown in the attached photo, there was an bug was found in the room, and I later experienced skin allergies, which I suspect were triggered by the poor hygiene conditions. This raised serious concerns about the overall cleanliness standards. Additionally, the sound insulation was extremely poor. I could clearly hear noise from outside the room even during early hours, which made it very difficult to get proper rest throughout my stay. Overall, while the service was appreciated, the accommodation did not offer value for money, and I hope this feedback can help support future improvements.

Location was ok. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Travelers need to take note that the hotel provide only one set of disposal towel.

酒店位於大理古城邊緣，步行至古城中心僅需幾分鐘， 且門口有免費停車場，晚上池景也挺好看的，房間乾淨整潔且房間內提供一次性毛巾洗漱用品前台熱情友好，主動幫忙搬運行李，還有可愛的小貓咪

因為是淡季，老闆幫我們升了房，走兩步就是街上了。因為隔壁不是馬路就沒有那麼吵。這次入住體驗很棒，酒店位置方便，既可以輕鬆享受古城的熱鬧，又能擁有安靜的休息環境。下次來大理還會選擇這裏！
