Amazing hotel with a vibe and theme around it. Great round-the-clock friendly service and fantastic amenities. Would recommend! Hotel also linked us up with really awesome 包车 services (both in terms of price and just the quality of the service). 24-hour buggies are also available around the resort area which you can get access to by simply WeChatting the hotel (they reply really quickly no matter the time, usually within a minute).

The hotel gave us free rides from the train station and to the airport, which is greatly appreciated. Super accessible to Flomis garden. However, required 40-50 mins ride to the Dali Ancient town. Room is spacious, well equipped. Good value for money!

We had a 270 sea view room with heart shaped hot tub. The view was fantastic. The amenities were wonderful. Service is great. Our taxi dropped us at parking lot and I called the hotel desk. They put me with their WeChat right away, the tram picked us immediately.  Service came and filled the hot tub with hot water, but it does not have heating, so when water cooled, can’t use.  The area have lots of food and everything is very romantic. In Feb. it’s a little cold at night. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Nice view. The only cons is a but far from city about 50-60 minutes. Very clean, they gave complimentaries fresh fruits, pomegrante juice and birds nest soup.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had an amazing time here. We loved watching the fireworks from our room. The view from our balcony was fantastic. The staffs were very friendly!

The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I had a great night’s sleep. The housekeeping team ensured my room was clean 👌🏻 The staff’s professionalism, kindness, and genuine effort to make every guest’s experience memorable truly set this hotel apart. Good Service,Delicious Food,Good View Hotel

The hotel is very beautiful. We chose a room with a view of the beautiful Erthai Lake. The room is very large and has all the amenities. In addition, the reception team provided excellent service, informing us about the pick-up from the train station. When we arrived, there was a shuttle to carry our luggage. All the services were impressive. If anyone is looking for a room with a beautiful view, I recommend this place. We liked it very much. I give 5 Stars 👍

The service from Mr Zhao was the best. Location wise it’s farther away from the rest of the tourist spots, unless relaxation is what you are going for. Complete amenities, so basically you can arrive with just your clothes. Slight confusion during check in, because there is direct access to the hotel via taxi or regular vehicle. And in-resort transport needs to be arranged by the hotel themselves. Location is very instagramable. But requires lots of stair claiming, so elderlies be aware.

The hotel is superb highly recommended, price affordable, very nice view and staff very helpful and friendly I’m so satisfied with their service

Pool was a bit dirty with hair floating but guess it flew from the air. Smart room system was not working too well. Told it to off the lights. It said it has switched off but lights remained on. Didn't work on the curtains too. Can give the hotel pool a miss . Overall, nice feels for the room.

Amazing stay here, service was excellent and the staff were super quick with their replies. Came out of the room to an excellent view, with both Erhai Lake view and Mountain View. Would highly recommend! 住在这里感觉棒极了，小赵的服务很棒，回复速度超快。走出房间，景色极佳，既能看到洱海，又能看到山景。强烈推荐！

Very nice staff! Big and beautiful room! Very responsive via WeChat and quick to deliver us by using the golf cart. Free photos led by a photographer and free bag of gifts after we left. We enjoyed the stay but probably will think twice about staying overnight in the Santorini area again. It is a ghost town in Santorini after dark, no activities, no lights on in the area, everything closed after 6 pm. We walked around with our cell phone flashlight to find dinner.
