Very pleasant stay. Hotel was very clean and service was superb. Came with free afternoon tea and goodnight dessert. View was amazing and the place was just fairytale like!

Muxinbao is such an amazing stay!! My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights - the service was great, they have free desserts everyday, and they would even fetch us to nearby convenience store if we needed something!! Super super love the service The hotel room was also super comfortable! The bed was big and cosy, the room came with an amazing view and everything was just soooooo perfect! 10/10 would come back here again if I’m back in Dali & strongly recommend this to any of my friends coming to Dali! Come experience this place yourself, you will not regret it!

Excellent service, special thanks to Hedy, who was so helpful. As we arrived in the evening and too tired to dine out. She quickly offered to order food from nearby local restaurants and let us have it in their hotel's restaurant. The room is clean and big. It was very sweet of them to provide hot dessert at night and high-tea in the late afternoon.They also provide travel photography within the hotel amenities. It was indeed a good experience to stay.

Really impressed with this hotel. The environment, service is outstanding. Very nice hotel equipped with high standards amenities such as Marshall speaker, Dyson hairdryer. We enjoy a lot in this hotel!! I would say it is highly recommended to those going to Dali.

I had an amazing experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the impeccable service throughout my stay, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. The hotel’s location was ideal—close to attractions but still peaceful. The staff (XiaoHe) was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Also the free photography session provided was extremely professional. This hotel is a destination in itself. Beautiful from arrival. Staff are attentive and helpful to our every need (the butler WeChat group provided amazing service). The rooms are spacious and breakfast noodles must not be missed. The estate is mostly well maintained and has Italian vibes, which make it great for IG photos. It’s right in the middle of a tourist town so F&B are a plenty but it’s still surprisingly peaceful. It may be far away from most places but private transport is easy enough

I recently stayed at Muxinbao for two nights and I had an amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the incredible views of the hotel. Breathtaking panoramic view from both my room. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and allowed me to fully enjoy the view. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and attentive, always willing to help with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The hotel’s location was also perfect—quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a fantastic time at Muxinbao Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with amazing views. I can’t wait to return!

Great hotel with amazing sea views and excellent service. Feel warmth welcome when arrived, staff Nin insisted to help carrying luggage to the room. Hotel provided breakfast and afternoon tea which are both great, they also provided pick up service. Nin even checked out if we arrived next destination safely 👍🏻 I also love the hotel and room designs, overall 5 🌟 experience and definitely will come back again.

This hotel is really dreamy! I did not regret booking this hotel at all. It is really like santorini. The staff is great and the free photoshoot is awesome as well. Breakfast was superb. They catered to a vegetarian meal since we're Muslims. The staff even arranged pickup and drop-off to and fro the train station for us. Appreciate it so much. They are not even stingy with the things they provided to us at the hotel. Teatime, nightly soups, fruits, and the toiletries. It's about an hr away from the ancient city but to me this is worth it.
