Had an excellent stay in this little hotel right along Erhai lake! First, location is good and easy to find in the old town and had an unobstructed view of the Erhai lake. Afternoon tea while waiting for the sunset was awesome. breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. Over all staff service was good specially when we asked for dining recommendations. Not a complain but was not a fan of the layout /design of toilet and bathroom. Not very convenient in my experience. Also, I made a special request prior to arrival and they are asking me to pay for it👎. Will not hold it against the hotel since that is a request but I hope they are more accommodating.

With the best views, the most attentive service, especially the butler service, which made us feel incredibly comfortable. We will definitely return next time.

Nice cosy hotel located in front of Erhai, great location within Shuang Kang right in the main commercial street. Excellent customer service that goes beyond the call of duty. Special thanks to 小潘for the special mask and cream for my burnt face.

The room is tidy & clean , & the service is super nice , will peel off the fruit skin for you & the gift (baked rose cake) tasted super good , the breakfast is the best 😋

We spent two days doing the er-hai lake tour. First day the east side, second day west side. And this is the accommodation we choose to stay at shuanglang area. Very convenient location - walkable to all shopping area in shuanglang. We got the family room for 4 pax and we had a very comfortable stay. If there’s a gym, it will be perfect. Enjoying complementary high tea in the room was awesome. But breakfast was chaotic, I couldn’t find a clean table to sit. They ran out of utensils. And all the staff were busy doing their own things to even notice these. Perfect your operations esp on how breakfast manpower is being allocated and this hotel will be perfect. Also, we got stopped three times from entering the hotel because outsiders are not allowed. They were polite, but nonetheless a very districting experience. Trying to personalise your experience with an assigned butler and all, but the constant reminder that you don’t actually belong here. They don’t even remember your face. 😆 All in all, stay here if you have a night in shuanglang. Convenient location, comfortable room, awesome view, nice high tea, free service to bring luggage from carpark to hotel.

Visited Acardia for the first time and I'm impressed with the hotel in terms of the location, the facilities and most important the staff. They are very friendly and helpful. They paid lots of attention, making sure we feel comfortable. Would recommend friends to this place if they visit Dali.

有一説一，酒店公區景觀確實做的不錯，工作人員全程接送，幫忙拿行李。好的值得説。衹是入住全程對基礎設施不太滿意，房間不知是不是裝修時間較久的問題，多處發黴或瑕疵。早餐用餐時，隨手拿的餐具如圖一所示，衞生有待加強…

房間是經過反覆對比，篩選最終確定的，很期待入住的一家海景酒店，訂的是奢華海景套房，有兩個房間，兩張大床，我們是三個大人兩個小孩完全夠住，房間面積挺大的，有一個户外大陽台，迎面就是洱海和蒼山，房間衞生也算乾淨整潔，送的迷你吧種類也多，不摳搜，酒店的早餐挺好吃的，咖啡很用心，不會因為是住店客人就隨意應付，後面入住的一家酒店的早餐就沒有櫻落的好吃和用心。酒店裡麪的小夥伴們也很熱情，贊贊！吃下午茶的時候，我們套餐裏面是包含四杯飲品，我們是三大兩小，最小的寶寶就説怎麼沒有她的，給我們送餐的一個高個子微胖的小哥哥就説再給我們送一杯，真的很熱心，給這個小哥哥十個好評哦！唯一的缺點就是要維護好公區和房間陽台哦，斑駁發黃和🈶️裂痕的地方要維修下哦，不然影響了這麼好的酒店。

是大理雙廊最好的酒店！！！服務和出品都是五星級標準。服務生打掃阿姨都很禮貌和笑容😊，主動問好和幫忙搬運行李！！！連住兩晚感覺賓至如歸，特別是管家張先生，有求必應，能夠貼心服務，特此表揚，👍👍👍👍👍👍！！！房間很乾凈，設施設備新又齊全，吧枱的軟飲和茶飲每天補充，房間每天細心打掃，房間有兩個洗手間和沖涼房，沐浴套裝考級好用，隔音遮光都很好，暖氣又快又好又給力，熱水秒到。再説景觀，露天的陽台能夠直麪蒼山，能夠每天看到水鴨子🦆和海鷗自由自在游泳飛翔，在陽台吃下午茶很舒服。而且酒店的餐食出品都不錯，又不貴，總之物超所值！！！ 「專車禮遇」接機or接站服務:司機提前就聯繫我們，一下飛機就馬上能夠坐上汽車安全到達酒店特別好大讚！ 「午後專屬」海景雙人下午茶:每天都有，有西式蛋糕🎂，飲品有熱有冰，而且吃不完的感覺，晚上還有晚安甜湯和糕點，根本吃不完！ 「當季優選」時令新鮮水果:水果品種很多，而且新鮮，能夠提前洗乾淨。
