Amazing hotel with a reasonable price. Room interior was very new and so beautiful. Toilet with bath tub and separate shower area and have all toiletries. Hotel staff were very good and helpful. At front desk no.8 front desk girl give us all support during our stay. Hotel was located at the city center with all shopping and attractions with in 10 minutes drive. We love to stay here again. It was so comfortable and pleasant stay

Everything is good. The breakfast can have more variety and best do not repeat the menu, my breakfast for 2 days doesn't seem to have difference.

Overall a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was good with good selections.

Stayed in this hotel and was satisfied. Located conveniently - 10 minutes on foot from metro, good for business trips and tourism. Thanks to staff member F13 for professionalism and free breakfast. Room was clean, functional, and nice. Internet was stable and fast, important for work. Adapter for Euro socket was very helpful. Will stay here again for sure

Good breakfast, good location, gym and laundry was very quiet and easy to use. F13 was extra helpful over WeChat. Only the building/furnishing is slightly dated, but price, amenities and location more than compensate for that

The room was clean and the price was reasonable, but the front desk experience left a very negative impression and ruined the start of my trip. When I checked in, a woman at the front desk, probably in her late 30s, tried to take a photo of my face without giving any explanation. I asked, “Why are you taking a picture? Other hotels didn’t do this,” but she ignored me and turned to another female staff member to ask, “Aren’t we not supposed to take photos?” Her response felt evasive and unprofessional. I had booked two non-smoking rooms, but one of them clearly smelled like smoke. I asked why I wasn’t informed in advance that one room wasn’t non-smoking, but again, she acted like she didn’t understand what I was saying. She also didn’t provide any information about breakfast—where it was served or what time—until I asked specifically. Even then, her answers were vague and unhelpful. Previous reviews mentioned friendly front desk service and helpful communication via WeChat, which made me look forward to staying here. However, the staff member I encountered was not friendly at all, and I couldn’t see any of the great service others had described. It made me wonder if those reviews were even genuine. While the room itself was clean and the value for money was decent, the front desk employee’s attitude made a terrible first impression. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves its service standards.

Location, Staff, Everything is great but never believe the “non-smoking” room cause you will see people smoke in the hallway and the smoke coming in your room all night.

Really excellent hotel. The location is fantastic as there are many restaurants nearby. It also very clean! We were welcomed with some free snacks too. Loved this hotel

First parking is very hard as the guard is not always available and I had to find him to remove their roadblock and when I was leaving to move a car parked in front of my car. Secondly, the room was very old, the safe box was locked and couldn't unlock it and most importantly the bed lining was not clean and not sure why there was a pint over the bed not hung on the wall. Thirdly, the price is way too high for such a hotel, 200, 260 RMB tops for such a hotel level.

Very convenient location, there are a lot of places to eat, supermarket nearby 5 minutes work. Dongan beach is near. Main beaches, silver and golden beaches are about 15-25 trip on taxi. The room is spacious, clean, newly done rebuild. The reception personal is very polite. A lot of beautiful parks

Great experience with warm, friendly staff. Fine location. Their afternoon tea in the lobby was cold and tasted 2 days old. My only complaint.

I checked in quite late and it was very smooth and fast. As I was here for marathon, F03 staff was very proactive to offer me breakfast and late check out for the next day. This was very helpful for us runner and I have ample time to clean up and freshen up before I checked out. On top of that, they were very thoughtful and offer a bag with drink and snacks to eat along my way. Very satisfied stay will come back again when I visit Dalian.

I liked the cozy room. The location was convenient as the hotel was near shopping mall, restaurants, and tourist attractions etc. But above all, the staff was excellent who went extra mile to provide superb service. I especially would like to praise one particular staff (工号F03) who was extremely helpful and wanting to assist to make my stay a great one. Thank you so much!
