I had a really great experience. One of the guys at reception spoke perfect Engish and was so helpful with EVERYTHING. Beautiful personality and it was Real. Highly recommend this place

Fine but not clean and no service. No water.on second day and no cleaniess but location and view was great

The hotel room is clean and close to the subway station. It is easy to take the subway to downtown and airport. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. It feels great to walk along the shore at a summer night.

The place is not too far from the Dong Hai station, the exit C has an elevator. The room has everything we need, included the washing machine. And it's big enough for 4 people. The staffs are very nice, they all have serviced mind. We stayed here for 5 nights and had very good sleep.

Location is a little far from the city, there's nothing in Vernice water town. I went there in November. Everything there is closed. There's no water inside the Vernice town. 😂 Location wise it's not reall great. But overall everything is ok.

下雨的那天，我和對象都21:30入住，就想洗個熱水澡.洗澡熱水沒有，空調也不好用，地板也不乾淨. 聯繫了前台，説給我換房間.等了1個小時. 就因為這我對象和我都感冒了. 然後説先換一個房間睡一覺， 然後第二天再換一個房間， 海景房. 第一天還是很麻煩，折騰的. 結果第二天換房還不是海景房. 但是有些服務還是可以的，也給了一個熊娃娃的毛巾作為賠禮. 就是第一天入住等了那麼久. 垃圾有的時候會放到房間出門口. 有一些味道. 廁所打掃的不算乾淨， 洗澡的時候有些水會流到馬桶那裡. 隔音也不算太好，隔壁吵架我和對象都能聽見. 酒店位置距離地鐵，東港還是有點距離的. При заезде промокли под ливнем, а в номере обнаружили грязный пол и не было горячей воды. После звонка на ресепшен нам предложили заменить номер, но забыли про нас на час. Позже дали другой номер （с хорошим видом, но неработающим феном） затем под видом "номера с морем" поселили в комнату с едва видным морем среди зданий. Проблемы: - Антисанитария （грязь, мусор в коридорах） - Поломки （нет воды, засор в душе, неисправный фен） - Запах табака из-за плохой вентиляции Как итог: Администрация извинилась, предложила скидку и подарили полотенце, поменяли номера （но не как обещали）. Если важны чистота, сервис и локация – лучше поискать другой вариант. Позже я заболела, тк не было возможности сразу согреться.

먼저 프런트 관리 귀여운 여직원들이 친절하고 열정적입니다. 깔끔하고 깨끗한 룸. 좋은시설. 가성비좋은 가격. 좋은숙소입니다. 주변에 아파트단지 상가에 식당들과 왠만한건 다 있습니다. 저녁엔 길거리꼬치집들도 있구요. 지하철 동해역 바로앞 보리 9동입니다. 추천숙소. Nice~~

廊下はタバコの臭いがしたので心配でしたが部屋はタバコ臭くなくてよかったです。 セキュリティも万全なので安心して泊まれます。 ガウン、トリートメント、フェイスウォッシュは置いていないので必要な方は持っていったほうがいいです。故障していたのかシャワーは浴びている途中に水しか出なくなることが何度かありました。 駅からも近く近くにスーパーや果物屋さんもあり充実しています。困ったことがあればホテルのWeChatに連絡するとすぐに返信してくれるのですごくよかったです。

前台的小姐姐很可愛，很熱情 房間環境很乾凈舒適，設施齊全，沒有異味，WIFI非常流暢 位置稍微偏了一些，但是好在周圍店鋪很多，早餐和日常用品的購買不是問題 我預訂了9樓的位置，早上的景色真的很漂亮，價格很實惠，推薦入住
