Motel 6 Dallas, TX - Methodist Charlton Medical Ctr.

We stayed in room 215 the time is 10:25 pm and we could hear some of the noise from the people in the lobby or front desk very loud some people have a hard time talking low very disappointed other than that the place was really nice

The room was dirty, it was last cleaned on 5/12/24 per note from maintenance. I checked in on 5/17/24. The floor was sticky and there were bugs in the room. The toilet seat was stained as well as the bathroom counter. The bed sheets were also a little bit stained. It would’ve been a great stay if it was more cleaner.

The place was nice but when I got to my room and checked my bathroom there were dirty towels hanging on the shower and then on top of that they gave me the WRONG room and did not have the room I requested and PAID FOR available.

Did know it was a 100 deposit after made reservations online and get there an have to pay more money that was very inconvenience for me and refrigerator wasn't and tbere was a dirty face in the bathroom..

Brand new property. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Our room was very clean, as if we were the first stay there.

They went above and beyond to help me in my situation, the room was beautiful, clean and had a great tv, the bed was comfortable and easy to get into being in a walker. 10/10 will stay here again! Also the owner was very helpful!

Great new hotel the area can be bad if you do not know where you are in Dallas, it is home to me tho loved this hotel. Nice staff

The staff was rude, charged me twice. Told me I was wrong. I had to show them my bank transactions, they said there was nothing they could do. They offer no toiletries, it is over priced. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Excellent value! Hotel is new and everything is in great condition. Everything was super clean, room, halls, lobby. Friendly service at check in and check out. Housekeeping very friendly and helpful.
