Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown recensioner

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Dallas Downtown, and overall, it was a good experience with a few drawbacks. First, the location is fantastic! It’s within walking distance of Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower, and plenty of dining options. Super convenient if you're exploring downtown Dallas. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, with a decent selection to start the day. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made check-in smooth. The hotel itself has a historic charm, and the rooms were clean and modern, though a bit smaller than expected. One downside was the parking situation—there’s no on-site parking, so I had to park a few blocks away, which wasn’t ideal. Also, only one elevator was working during my stay, which meant longer wait times. Despite those minor inconveniences, I had a comfortable stay. If you’re looking for a well-located hotel with good amenities and don’t mind the parking challenge, I’d recommend it!

The hotel lobby was clean and big, with nice staff and good smells. Bathroom smelled like chemicals. Our room was way too small, you could barely fit 3 suitcases in there. The baggage cart also didn't fit into the room which was weird. Overall, an OK hotel.

Overall is ok. Just the breakfast is not good. The sausage is hard and salty to eat.  Staff attitude is alright. But don’t expect to much.

Good hotel in city center close to train and tramp stations.

I had a wonderful time in Dallas. The room was clean and the check in process was smooth and efficient.

Loved this hotel, had everything you could possibly want, clean and great staff, would definitely stay here again.

房間很小，挺擠的。空調太差，牆上的開關是擺設。前台也不知道怎麼打開。取暖是靠牆角的取暖器。噪音大的無法忍受。沒有拖鞋，衹能光腳。出差還得帶拖鞋。唯一的亮點是位置，市中心。離肯尼迪遇刺點，走路5分鐘。早餐也很少，美國人也沒啥好吃的。

Buen hotel, cercano a puntos importantes, hay algunos indigentes en la zona, sin embargo el hotel gestiona de buena manera esta situación. El ascensor es un poco viejo, pero en general las instalaciones son óptimas. Quizás el precio es un poco elevado.

展會期間選擇這家酒店入住的，距離展會距離還可以.

封面圖片很有欺騙性 本來以為是圖片的樣子的酒店 但是其實衹是酒店能看到的景觀 外面很亂有很多流浪漢和聚眾鬧事的人 價格實惠 房間很小 還可以

房間乾淨衞生，距市區景點距離很近。
