Crowne Plaza Dallas Love Field - Med Area recensioner

The room was great other than the refrigerator was missing. The lady checking me in didn't want to take the time to explain the new parking pay system. Downloading/scanning and paying for parking on your phone. She just said "do it, it self explanatory". Well I did it and the next day, it didn't work, couldn't get out of the parking lot... Total mess! This happened several times with the new parking lot... Total inconvenience, scanners never work, they argure you haven't paid when you have proof on your phone that you have! Probably will never stay here again. An additional $18 a night for parking is ridiculous! It doesn't add to safety or security. I've been staying here for years, this is just absurd!!!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and accommodating. Only downside was the drinks at the bar downstairs are extremely expensive. I paid $18.50 for a mixed drink. (Crown and coke). Otherwise very happy and would definitely stay again.

This hotel seemed scary because of the reviews, let me say this you’ve no need to worry, rooms are great ! It’s a really nice hotel, it’s older hotel, but I was amazed how nice this place is. Loved it and the beds are super comfy.

Hotel needs updating. Two out of four elevators worked when we got there, by the time we left it was one out of four. Heater blew cold air so we shut it off. However bed was comfortable & room was clean so it served it’s purpose & the price was good, since we were in town for an event at the convention center.

Nice hotel the restaurant in the hotel had great food but very pricey 16.00 for a hamburger the pool is inside and it was like a giant hot tub the water was just right and warm and not freezing like some swimming pools are.the beds were somewhat cozy, but they didn't have soap and enough towels so we had to get more from the front desk they didn't have bar of soap but got shampoo and conditioner for soap to wash ourselves. And the air conditioning is not that great 1 small little square box in the wall struggling to push air out. We had to put it on 62 and run all night then finally cooled off the next day, but it took all night to cool the room.

It took an hour to check in. Our vehicle was broken into overnight. When we tried to speak to the hotel about it they never responded, acted concerned, their assistance, or even a simple apology. We were told that it happens every night and that they couldn’t find their security guard that night. We had to file an insurance claim because of how much damage was caused.

Really nice stay, the room was vey nice and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay there again.

The front person was dealing with a disgruntled outside caller but what she was discussing didn't need to be heard by patrons waiting to check in. She repeated the info to caller several times. She could have put them on hold and ck in the patrons first.

We extended our stay & the staff let us keep the same room with no hassle or extra fee’s! Very appreciative.

Everything was good. The hotel was clean. The indoor pool could have been warmer but in all it was a good place to stay.

Not good and would not recommend this hotel

Quite and easy to get staff was very friendly. Was close to are location we was going. Room was clean and very nice updated and all items worked in the room. Will definitely book this hotel again for further trips.
