Terrible

This place is really really great. Family friendly and good for everyone even couples because the beds are huge, rooms are very big as well . Some have stoves and really big TV's! Also free breakfast in the mornings! Definitely recommend!

I swear if I could give this negative reviews I would. first of all the Karen that works in the morning shift I'm not sure who she is or whater problem is but she's got the worst customer service anybody I've ever heard. and whoever the manager is a bad or worse No customer support no customer appreciation no customer anything . And if we get one of the hotels not that nice they have *********** taken out in the hallway it's not family friendly it's just the smell of ********* is everywhere tobacco is everywhere they are trash trash trash. To top it off the only relief one has from the belligerent and ignorant employees at working on the site are the people in Pakistan who don't care

very clean facilities, awesome staff, surrounded of too many stores and restaurants, good breakfast, definitely coming back soon.

Location is on sketchy side, got here and they said I didn’t have a reservation and upon further investigation they found that someone else had checked me in at 5:00am but they went up to room and it was clean & ready so maybe an error on someone’s part. Floors are dirty with crumbs and such not sure if they need a new vacuum or just need to vacuum. Bedding & bathroom are clean. Our whole 2nd floor when we step off elevator smells of **** so bad even my kids complained of the “bad” smell. We will check out the breakfast in the mornings overall the appearance of the place seems Mostly clean.

Love this hotel out of all the other ones in the area. And the breakfast is great I will be coming back soon.

Watch the Housekeepers they steal will take your clothes and important property and Mike (GM) is not going to assist you with the problem..B.J.(the owner) will lie right in your face and still you.dont get help please.put all.personal.belongs away tightly...still haven't received property back and still no talk with Mike or BJ..👎

Was schedule to stay from the 13th through the 15th on the 14th my personal property was stolen from my room no one seems to know why my room was entered clearly they do not disturb sign was posted on the door I wasn't scheduled to check out didn't ask for no service but still haven't received any explanation as where's my personal property words no response to nobody everybody is pointing the finger at everyone else no one is accepting responsibility spoke to a young lady night Britney that's the operation of manager BJ the owner denied having anything to do with incident Mike the GM he hides in the office doesn't want to talk to anyone I would like to have a refund from my stay there and I would also like to know where my property is my clothes my hygiene's my food my personal items that I had in the room

The staff was great !!! Being new to Texas I chose this hotel hoping it would be be great and it was.

It was best night i slept it it was clean had good food recommended to come back

Great customer service, Didnt like downstairs but clerk changed rooms with no problem the special request was not listed on our resevation at the hotel. Food was good.

This hotel is a nice place to stay clean rooms and the breakfast is a plus

My stay at the La Quinta at Fair Park has been very nice. From the customer service of the front desk, to the housekeeping staff. I would recommend this location to friends and family.
