The hotel was fine. But that’s about it. Checking in took forever, staff isn’t very friendly. Don’t bring your stuff in immediately before check in because you’ll be waiting. If you’ve ever lived in an apartment it’s like that. We couldn’t sleep because someone above us kept slamming things and stomping around.

Waited 20 minutes at check in time for someone to materialize at front desk-- not a soul to be found, had to go upstairs to find the only human staff at the hotel-- poor guy looked like he'd been up for a week straight or on some serious *****. Dude asks me : "what do you want?" like i was riff raff or bothering him. Did not feel safe so cancelled and booked elsewhere. Shame on the management for creating this situation for their staff.

There were signs & spaces for vending machines, but no vending machines. Ice machines were missing on some floors. Cleanliness and maid service was excellent! Internet & TV were out for the first 4 days of our 5 day stay. The staff could not help us on this. We called ******* for help. Most days the breakfast apples were excellent, but one day they were brown and mushy at the core. Safety clip on treadmill needs to be replaced. The building feels clean and new! Very pleasant!

If you’re not from Dallas and don’t know the area. It is a ghetto area with heavy drug presence. Unfortunately I didn’t know that when I booked.
The hotel itself was decently clean in the room. There was an overall very weird smell in the entire building.
Staff was nice but hard to understand as they only speak broken English.
Keep your children close to you at all times.
