Hotel Konak Su

Hotel fair , pool / pool bar good , location very good, breakfast ok , I had lunch on my first day and the Chef / Waiter decided to sit himself next to me whilst I ate and it made me feel rather uncomfortable! My room was very tired and in need of refurbishment , however my main issue was that there was NO Housekeeping! advised not to flush toilet paper and to use the bin , however the bin wasn’t emptied all week ! surely this is a serious health and hygiene concern! my room wasn’t cleaned all week ! no clean towels or bedding ! rather disappointed!

We stayed for 3 weeks warm pool every day clean comfortable rooms amazing owner arkgun nothing too much trouble food amazing so much choice we stayed bb the snacks 😋 were great cheap fantastic chef already booked for next year close to town centre just a lovely 😍 family run hotel

Stayed for a week at the beginning of September. Hotel location was great, 10 mins walk into the main drag. The breakfast was basic but always something to eat and the food by the pool was outstanding. Wish I'd taken more photos of it but you can't go wrong. The salads are huge. I had sea bass, halloumi salad, calamari, chicken schnitzel and chicken salad and a pasta This is a basic hotel, with small rooms and unusable balconies except to drape a towel over. But the bed was comfy, shower hot and staff very accommodating. Bed was big, a/c cold, fridge missing and all week I asked for one to finally get one the day before I left. Door to room was always difficult to lock which became a running joke with myself and the staff. The reason I chose the hotel was the pool, it was amazing. Would I stay again probably for the pool and location and the food and if I got a cheap deal

looking at the reviews on here this hotel seems to be a hotel of two parts. Our room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and the bed was tiny may be this accounts for the amount of singles here. There is no balcony to talk of just a couple of stools to sit on knee to knee certainly not anywhere to relax. We over looked the kitchen not a pleasent view , the room only had over the bed lights and these both worked on the same switch . So the mirror and dressing table is pointless as you cant see anything. The cleaning is certainley hit and miss , the rooms do not get cleaned every day unless you make a fuss , the manager /owner dissaperars for days on end. The breakfast is normal Turkish fare but 8.30 is very late for breakfast and also there are two hot dishes but these are not kept warm at all???? We found the hot water to be fine but lots of people complained, its good they provide a fridge and Air con , but that is where the good things end. The Staff are always visible which i find quite disconcerting most hotels you don't even see the cleaners etc. Also they help themseves to breakfast whilst hotel guests are serving themselves. This is certainley not 3 star and I must say I was very dissapointed with it , but we made the most of it and having a car meant we didnt have to spent more time than nesessary here. The whole place needs a revamp it gives off a decidedly seedy air.

My son stayed her with his partner booked through easyjet, from the first morning they had problems with the air con unit, which was leaking water. The air con was located above the TV and fridge and electrical sockets, he spoke to reception and told them it had leaked only to be told it was his fault!! After some further discussions he spoke to the owner who confirmed it has done it before, and not to use it. my son asked for another room to be told no room, he then asked for a fan, no fan. He was informed it would be fixed ( 3 days later still not air con or fan) he raised the issue with easyjet and they just said they would look into it. My son then send me the pictures of his room and I was disgusted with the room/ facilities and that the water leaking onto electrical sockets didn't seem to concern the konak su. I took the decision to remove my son from there and booked them into the nish caria, on handing in the key to reception at konak su they then wanted to offer him another room, but the damage was already done. This nish caria was poles apart with a beautiful room, helpful staff and facilities that he should of had in the konak su. Please don't ruin your holiday and avoid this accomodation.

Great hotel stayed here at least 5 times over the years. Great breakfast and hotel staff. Stayed in many hotels in Dalyan but this is my favourite! Basic but very traditional Manager extremely helpful. Very well located hotel. Highly recommend.
