Had an amazing experience here, particularly with the guide 李琪. Super knowledgeable about local attractions. Fantastic service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend going horse riding with him. It's quite rare to meet honest, decent people in the tourism industry but he is one of them.

Staying at Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort was one of the most heartwarming and memorable parts of my journey in Inner Mongolia. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and perfect for the grassland atmosphere. I truly appreciated the attention to detail in every service – from check-in to meals and daily activities. The resort provided everything I needed for a comfortable and immersive experience. But what made this place stand out most was the hospitality of the host. The owner was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure every guest felt at home – and that’s something you don’t find everywhere. If you're looking for a genuine local experience, with both comfort and connection, I highly recommend this resort. 5/5 for service, accommodation, food, and especially the amazing host.

Review for Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort: I had high expectations for the Xilamuren Grassland Tourism Resort, but unfortunately, my experience fell far below what was promised. Upon arrival, I was informed that the advertised accommodation was unavailable, and I was relocated to a completely different location over 7 kilometers away. The new accommodation was not at the standard I had booked—it lacked the promised amenities, such as entertainment or the unique cultural atmosphere I was expecting, and it was more like a simple room in a house, with people smoking outside the bedroom door where my 5 year old son was sleeping.. This lack of communication and transparency was highly disappointing, as I specifically chose this resort to enjoy the grassland experience and its unique offerings. To add to the inconvenience, I incurred additional costs for transportation, which could have been avoided if the resort had informed me in advance. While the natural beauty of the surrounding area is undeniable, the overall management and organization at the resort need significant improvement. I would urge the resort to improve their communication with guests, provide accurate information about availability, and ensure that customers get what they paid for. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this resort based on my experience. It’s essential for travelers to be aware of these issues before booking.

The surrounding prairie is so peaceful! The staff were very helpful & accommodating for this solo laowai, and the yurt was nice & comfortable. I saw a couple of negative reviews on here from users who don't seem to understand the reality of 'remote'. If you want a spotless luxury spa, go stay in a city! But if you want a comfortable place to stay out on the grasslands, stay here :)

Yurt was well equipped with a kettle, fridge, shower and very comfortable bed! I booked a room with a decking area, which was perfect to sit and enjoy the views in a peaceful environment. There was an option of dinner and entertainment in the evening and the following day. There are other places nearby but not too close, so it has a nice remote feel to it. A friendly and nice place to stay.

Not worth the effort. The bathroom smell was so terrible it was almost impossible to sleep.

Very nice stay, kind hosts and wide open space. On weekends not as quiet because of fireworks in nearby entertainment areas, but not too late. We had a private camp almost because nobody else had booked the same days, so that was great. Grass was a bit yellowy from draught, but it was still a beautiful place, peaceful and quiet. The only thing you’d hear was a horse neighing every now and then. Definitely planning on coming back.

*⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 絕對值得推薦的蒙古包度假村* 蒙古包的條件一般不可以期待太多，但是這家的設施真的是不錯，雖然不如酒店，但是大大超出我們的預期！床單非常乾淨，該有的配套設施都有，冷暖空調，電視，無線網等。同行的其他人都是新加坡人，一般比較挑剔，可是這裏他們非常可以接受。 特別想感謝的一位工作人員叫李琪，入住前一天就開始聯繫我們，告知如何來以及很多注意事項，並且告知度假村裡麪的項目和價格，以及時間安排和攻略。入住當天因為我們稍有遲到，李琪快馬加鞭帶我們去觀看現場演出，之後還陪同我們一起騎馬，拍照，並且沒有任何額外收費。李琪還推薦我們正宗小吃堅果，帶我們去找電車充電位，借我們騎摩託，晚上詐馬宴還免費幫我們點了一首歌，這次的假期因為他的熱心幫助，讓我們格外開心滿意，下次還會介紹新加坡的朋友來！

體驗還不錯！有篝火晚會和草原野迪可以蹦～ 就是我們去的時候天氣太冷了，草原都下雪了！ 大家可以7 8月來，體驗應該會更好～

Sangat mengecewakan. Kamar serasa agak seram (hawa yang tidak enak). Hati hati dengan penerima tamu bernama 赢在思维 (mengaku bernama Butter) yang tidak jujur.
