the room is filthy dirty and disgusting. The floor is dirty (sticky and got dirts on the floor, they dont swipe or mopping the floor), the wall is also dirty, one of the corner of the ceiling is moldy. i even found remnants of chewing gum underneath the bottom of the top bunk bed.
With the condition above we need to leave the hotel after 1 day staying there even though booked for 2nights. Thanks god the remaining night was fully refunded. Kudos to trip.com who help the process.

Price is ok compare to other stays but not worth for price, rooms and surroundings were not clean etc. But ok for low price since spending more than 100$ .

It’s ok in case of emergency , one day is enough because very small room and no tv remote control .
It’s ok for one day. Staffs , well they are doing their Jo. It’s a budget motel , I don’t expect much.
Above all it ok .

It was basic, nothing special about this hotel - only stay here if you need to crash overnight.
The area didn’t feel that safe so don’t leave valuables in car.

Room was dirty and smaller than expected, with a lot of dust (on floor, bed’s corners, table) triggering my allergies. The clock on the table was not working. Although they forgot to provide new towels during cleaning, a late-night call got them to bring towels within 5 minutes. The only positive is the lower price compared to other hotels in the location.

Good room for two days. Minor problems but I reported it and they say they will take care of it. No problems with the room. Parking available for the car. Good location to start in the morning to go to Phillip island

This budget roadside motel is good for a short stay, There are no lifts and facilities are ok. The bed is comfortable but the bathroom is a little smaller than expected and seems very clinical.
