We were given a lovely welcome from Liz when she greeted us in our late afternoon arrival. The farmhouse is based on a beautiful old 17C building with all the lovely quirkiness of its origins. It's in a very peaceful location, away from traffic noise and very easy in which to relax. Our room was comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The breakfast choices and quality were excellent. There are two pubs in the nearest village (2 miles), both serving good food, although the Crown just has the edge for us. Standen and Wakehurst are in easy travelling distance, Nymans, Sheffield Park and Chartwell not much further. Twyford Farm makes a very good base for a break in this part of the world.

Well kept farmhouse, spotlessly clean. Friendly owner and her friend who was helping out when we stayed. Tastiest breakfast I've had in a long time. Proper sausages and bacon. I do recommend you get there via the A22, Sussex's roads are disgraceful, but that's not the farm's fault.

We have had a really lovely stay at Twyford Farm. The rural location is peaceful and beautiful. The village is 10 minutes drive and has 2 really good pubs, serving quality food. The location allowed us to visit several National Trust gardens and some local towns and villages. The property itself is charming. Our room and bathroom were huge. The bed and pillows were soft and comfortable. It is immaculate. The only noise was of nature - perfect. Our breakfasts were delicious. The hosts, Bob and Liz were lovely. We felt completely at home. Delightfulplace to stay. Surrounded on all sides by peaceful scenic views on a working farm. Lots of walks. Birds singing first thing and farm animals to see. Great host and hostess. Plenty of parking. Well appointed room and a nice farmhouse breakfast in the morning!

Great location for us as it was near a wedding venew at the Ravenswood hotel, Liz, provided a very good breakfast each morning using from local produse,was excellent the room we had was well equipped and has everything you need for your stay, good bathroom, The room was roomy! and very comfortable. The cottage farm is very beautiful and peaceful. It's a working farm, but everything is clean and comfortable . We stayed here for two nights. It is a beautiful tranquil location. if ever we go back to the area will definity return .

It’s a working farm with the sights and smells of one. Our family room was huge, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had quality ingredients and cooked nicely. Although I haven’t stayed in a traditional farmhouse bed and breakfast before, this was probably what I’d expected.

Bellflower Cottage is set in a beautiful location. The cottage is perfect for quiet, getaways. It is well equipped and has everything you need for your stay (including an airfryer). Our 2 springer spaniels loved the inclosed garden. We are now planning our next stay. A big thank you to Liz and Bob for the wonderful stay. Look forward to seeing you soon, Steve & Juliet.

Great location for walking with plenty of wildlife to see including deer & various birds of prey. Close to good local pubs for lunch & evening meals only 7 minutes drive to the Red Lion at Chelwood Gate & 10 minutes to the Green Man at Horsted Keynes. Our room was big, light with triple aspect windows overlooking the gardens of the farm house and was very quiet overnight. Bob & Liz provided a very good breakfast each morning using locally sourced quality ingredients, thank you and we look forward to staying with you again.

Twyford Farm exceeded our expectations. We spent two nights at this quiet B&B. The owners couldn't have been more helpful. From the time of our arrival until departure nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this farm, we will definitely be staying here again when we visit the area.
