This place is absolutely wonderful. The friendly and kind. attention to taking care of guests was so soothing after the hustle and bustle of traveling. I felt as if I already knew the owners before I ever got there as their response to my questions was impeccable.. they assisted with transport, helped me with my luggage, and made me feel at home. The care they put into this family business is unique. I appreciated the water cooler and microwave that was available on every floor. The rooms were very clean and I had a nice big fluffy towel. This property has charm because it’s an older building. I highly recommend this establishment and plan to return.

I liked this little place. It’s definitely off of the beaten bath a little bit but the owners and staff here are really nice people. They have coffee and bananas down stairs in the morning. It’s a bit rustic but so is everything in Dangriga. I think it’s a great value.

Super nice stay! The lady at the reception was great, the room was as requested with air conditioning and very clean. I spent the night there with my partner and we had questions about transport/tips/things to do... and the reception helped us enthusiastically. We found this a very nice accommodation and will definitely recommend it.

We stayed here with a group of students & it was such a great experience. The rooftop views are incredible but the hosts are so wonderful. Mr. Chad & Mrs. Eleanor and their entire family made this a great experience for all of us. And the food was delicious-giving us a sample of true Belizean cuisine. We recommend staying on the 3rd floor. All the rooms have AC & plenty of fans. You will hear dogs barking, but that’s part of the experience.

My wife Cathy and I loved our stay at the Chaleanor Hotel. It's a family run business and the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Chad (the co-owner with his wife Eleanor) went to considerable time and effort to help us locate a local laundromat and secure transportation there. He also assisted us with finding good swimming spots in the ocean (within easy walking distance of the hotel) and ways to explore the local vibrant music scene. Our room was clean and the AC worked well. Fresh drinking water was a few steps away. We enjoyed the hotel's free fresh fruit and especially loved the view of Dangriga from the hotel's rooftop.

The place was nice and clean. Loved te bananas and coffee available, and the kindness of Chad. Had an issue adjusting the temperature of the AC. Stores are rear by and a nice restaurant 3 blocks away. Other that that it was nice.

loved staying at the chaleanor hotel!! mr.chad and mrs.eleanor were amazing providing us with delicious food and amazing hospitality, along with their relatives that helped run the hotel!! very blessed by this amazing place to stay!!

Our group of 23 stayed with Eleanor and Chad for a week. They were amazing hosts! The rooms were clean! We had air conditioning and the roof top patio was perfect for meetings, hanging out and eating! Each room had a private bathroom, comfortable beds, towels and a chest for clothes! They changed the sheets and towels every 2 days! Mrs. Eleanor prepared breakfast for our group and it was always on time, delicious, and served with a beautiful smile!! They sell a few Souvenirs in the lobby and the prices are the best you will find anywhere! They have great security, parking, wifi, and a beautiful view. It was a perfect place for our group!!

was a very good hotel to stay at! loved the fans in the rooms and the air conditioner was very good! loved that they changed out the towels everyday and cleaned the rooms every two days. overall a great place to stay!!
