Novotel Suites Yogyakarta Malioboro recensioner

Booked and stayed here for 5 nights. Its just a 1min walk to the center of Malioboro Street. Lots of eatery and shops. Took the KAI train from YIA (45min) and walked about 15-20min to reach the hotel. The pavement was well maintained and rolling a luggage was pretty easy too. There are 2 malls just beside the hotel with cafes and shopping. Good location as we cannot hear any street noise though we were so near to Malioboro St. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful with our queries. We requested for daily make-up room service but there was a particular day where they didnt clear out our trash though. Room was very spacious and comfortable with a microwave too. Overall it was a wonderful and nice stay.

The next door hotel is linked to Plaza Mabliboro Not Novetel. With a price premium of 15% to 20%, my expectations increased proportionally. The room design & layout is undesirable, bad as shown by the photos attached.

Location is good. Walking distance from train station. Towels can be better. The toilet floor towel was stained. The carpet had red stains.

Location wise good. Food easy to find around the hotel. Breakfast is nice. Only toilet is small and amneties is just okay.

It’s located between Malioboro plaza and mall. Good for shopping and export local as well as international brands, eg MacDonald, KFC, Starbucks. We stayed on level 5 and king suite and it was very spacious and comes with a sofa bed and a kitchen sink. The local front desk was helpful and got us a driver for the day.their breakfast is really good, we paid extras for both days. There are changes to the local section daily and the overall variety is well planned. There is also a small pool on the rooftop as well as bar and massage. We enjoyed our stay

Good stay. Staff tried to accommodate my request for early check-in. Great location in malioboro area. And beside the mall.

Smack in the city of malioboro. Couldn’t ask for more. Love the room spacious. The only i hate is the towels are not that really clean. Food choices are okay. Cos u are in the centre of city. U cn get all different kind of foods. Bed is comfy.

We stayed 3 nights here. Good customers service and excellent location near train station. Within minutes walk to Mailoboro Shopping Street and a mall.

Perfect hotel! Central location (between the train station and Kraton). Super friendly and caring staff. We got sick and they took very good care of us. The receptionist called the doctor that came to our room. They offered us water, congee (rice porridge) and apples and check on our week being. We felt very well taken care of! We can recommend this hotel not only for the location, comfort and cleanliness but also for the excellent service and incredible staff.

I had an excellent stay. That is to be expected for the price i paid. Would recommend for old folks

Love the location, it’s just a walking distance to Malioboro shopping area. Hotel is very clean and have good smells. Good reputation as a Novotel with good service. Highly recommended!
