Chelsea Hotel recensioner

Very unhygienic hotel with a very rude and impolite manager. There are cockroach in the room, and when is complaint to the manager, he says this is Africa so its possible. I have been to many countries in Africa and stayed in different hotels but never had just a bad experience. I had to cancel my booking within 30 mins i checked in and the rude manager refused to refund me. There are cockroachs everywhere. And the people at the front desk is also very rude when I complaint she was laughing as it seams like a normal thing. If you want to stay with cockroach feel free to book this hotel.

Good hotel in a close location to Kariakoo market

The experience was good, was given a double room even though I had booked as a single occupant. Really good value for money, the price included breakfast, which I was surprised about. The staff prepared fresh food majority of the time as requested.

The location is not far from the airport and usually takes about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Room is clean and the staff are friendly.

They can help you order an uber. Basic room. Taxi may have a hard time finding it.

Average breakfast options. More local than western, but definitely tasty. The location is right in the middle of CBD, so be prepared for the noise expected from a busy city. The airport was about 10mins away (Google maps lied and estimated about 25mins😒). Used Bolt to get around. The staff is very welcoming and super friendly.

Chelsea hotel it’s clean and very nice staff starting from reception, cleaners and restaurant I booked a suite it’s nice but the sofa was completely not in good situation room 801 Mostly the hotel many places around most of them few steps to get there
