Joann and David were delightful The Waterfront Inn was a last minute reservation as our travel schedule changed. They were accommodating and helpful with recommendations. They went out of their way to book a private tour of Sapelo island when we found d out the state tours were booked for the next week. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. The view of the marsh was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Darien Waterfront Inn. The B&B is clean, quiet and well maintained. The screened in porches off the bedrooms are perfect to enjoy nature. Breakfasts are delicious. JoAnn and David are attentive and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

There are many very good reasons why we come back here time and time again. These are the most comfortable mattresses we have ever slept on, the views of the marshes and shrimp boats passing by on the Darien River are so relaxing. The breakfast is tasty and filling and is always a good start to the day in Darien. The Darien Waterfront Inn is always a must for us when travelling on I-95. JoAnn and David will make you feel at home from the moment you pass through the front door.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Lovely hosts, beautiful location with inspirational views. Very walkable to town and a great “home”base for exploring the area. Breakfast was delicious with accommodations being made for our schedule.

Our top go-to spot on the I-95 trip north or south. Soothing, calm, neat, quiet, attractive, the Waterfront Inn is a delight. Listening to the birds on the deck or upper porch, exploring the little town--it's all great. And the breakfast is wonderful. Charming, friendly hosts cap it off!

Purpose built, lovely bed and breakfast in cute neighbourhood with a view over the beautiful salt marshes. It is immaculately kept with a pretty coastal theme and recently built, helpful owners, minutes from I 95 but very quiet and peaceful!, Would stay again in a heartbeat…

Great accommodations. Most enjoyable stay. Nice location. Convenient to downtown Darien. Great view of the Altamaha marshes and river. Owners; JoAnn & David were extremely gracious hostess and host. We'll definitely come back again, soon.

This B&B is an oasis of serenity with beautiful scenery off the back screened porch! The inn is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. The innkeepers are most hospitable, and served a delicious hot breakfast. Several eateries are nearby for lunch or dinner.

Darien is BLESSED to have this exquisite Bed & Breakfast establishment!! Owners,Joann and David are quintessential Southern Hospitality Professionals! The guest quarters are individually decorated with beach and nautical themed appointments and are educational to boot!….. our room celebrated Sea Glass with books and pictures of these “gems” The breakfast was splendid… eggs Benedict…. With a twist. Named “Redneck Benedict”….. fried or scrambled eggs on English muffins with Ham!! Great start if the day! Please do yourself justice and spend a few nights at Darien Waterfront Inn…. Just a “Splendid spot of Heaven” in our opinion!!!
